Commercial User - Works great
I use it to pressure clean Tennis courts with an aftermarket attachment. Gives great pressure and has been very reliable over the last 2 years of ownership. I even dropped the gun on a busy road and cars ran over it. Still worked. Handles low water volume well. The gun sometimes jams up with pressure as the trigger is a bit weak, I reinforced it with a steel plate and fixed that issue. The interchangable tips get stuck with grit and can be a pain to swap.

Awful.Spent more time in the repair shop than working
Got this machine from a Karcher dealer on the Gold Coast 9 months back. Just had my full refund after a nightmare 9 months. Was told by dealer that this machine was best suited for a once a week but all day user! As this was perfect for me I bought it. Wahat a mistake to make. First 3 times in use I had issues with the gun. It was leaking from the joins and each time I took it back they blamed me for tightening it up wrong. ter hose. Took it back and was told it was wear and tear and had to pay for a replacement. then the real trouble started. The thermo valve on the side of the pump decided to start dropping water after more than 2 hours use, so much so that the machine couldnt get up enough pressure to work properly. I took the machine back 5 times and in that time they replaced the thermo valve 3 times and gave it a full rebuild of working parts in the pump. Still it was dropping water from the thermo valve after a 2 hour use and was not working to its potential. In total i took the machine back to the dealer 9 times and each time the Karcher dealer would almost insinuate that I was lying, saying they cant find any problems with it!!! After a long drawn out verbal battle and getting consumer rights involved I was given a full refund but not before Karcher Australia tried to get out of paying when they got wind I had used an after market turbo nozzle (correct size) in the final 6 weeks of ownership. I had a good opinion of Karcher before this purchase but after extensive research they are merely market leaders in the domestic machines. If you are looking for something commercially rated go elsewhere. anything with a bertolini pumps and honda engine and your in business Was cheaper at $1900 but You get what you pay for Everything...drank fuel...bad quality build...loud as anythingSimilar opinion? I brought the karcher 2.300 had very little use now water is coming out of the detergent hose when you have it in use. I thought it was supposed to suck up the detergent not blow out water?

I don't understand why your asking me the question. I owned a different model. Take it back to the shop!!!
