The $7.5 Iron - use with caution

published

Bought KMart's $7.50 iron back in February. Was impressed with the placement of the steam flick switch, which meant even for its size, I don't have to top up the water tank very often. Steam capabilities were also good. However, the iron suffered from burn marks on the iron itself. Seems the iron isn't very durable and is producing burnt smell whenever I start ironing nowadays. Might be down to the way I iron clothes but I doubt it, as I have ironed other clothes before with other irons with no issue.

Purchased in February 2021 at Kmart Retail Stores for A$7.50.
