My car had my car to fix a fuel pump. They fixed the fuel pump and did a complete oil service. They called me saying the car is still faulty when starting and I might need to take to an electronic mechanic. They only charged me for my $170 oil service. That's good service

Had my car inspected by Gerard to confirm the state of 2 x tyres and as I anticipated they did need replacing. They gave me a quote and ordered the 2 x tyres. I brought the car back in the next day and the tyres were replaced with balance and wheel alignment. The service was very professional and friendly and they definitely won my custom.

Was very happy with the job done and info provided for ongoing work needed. Will definitely be going back for on going work.
They were very flexible in fitting in with my time frame.

Had a wheel alignment done a few weeks ago at another high street tyre store which was terrible. MyCar corrected the problem and now its spot on. Went back again for wheel balance and rotation, again work done was spot on, along with courteous efficient service. Store is next door to Hungry Jack and KFC so really handy for lunch while you wait!

Brought my car for regular rego check and asked to leave it for 2-3 hours. They lifted the car and failed the inspection for normal wear and tear issues on some of the equipment. DO NOT leave your car with them for REGO check as they will spend the time looking for things to fix or replace.

Damian and team were quick in making sure issue was solved. Issue was resolved whitin 24 hours. Appreciate for the quick response and will continue to do business with the shop. Thanks again!!!

Chad the manager was so friendly and professional.
He gave me a really good price for a Tyre that was damaged had a screw in it, had plenty of tread but he recommended that I get a new one due to my safety as the tyre wall had a chip in it.
He matched the price for the tyres that I recently got, such a good deal.
Workshop is so clean and organised.
The boys are great.

I clipped a concrete barrier and had to be towed to get two new tyres MyCar booked me in within half an hour and did a quick and professional replacement and even did a free wheel alignment.

I had to have two new tyres put on my van and wheel alignment at the Arana Hills centre, and the staff were super friendly and had it completed before the time allocated. As it is during the COVID-19 time, they also wiped over all of the contact areas of the car where the service crew were in contact. I have had my other car serviced there and they have always been very helpful and competitively priced.

I’m fully satisfied with the service provided by them. It was great visiting them for car service. Friendly and cooperative staff, availability of booking schedules proved value for time and it impressed me a lot.
