Disappointing

I ordered 3 products online one week ago. Received a credit for one of my products without any email explaining why- can only assume it’s not in stock? Have today received a shipping notification for one of the other items and have yet to hear about the 3rd item. It seems silly for arguably one of Australia’s largest retail outlets to not have a centralised distribution centre where stock can be accurately counted for and dispatched as a whole package. I understand that due to current circumstances it is difficult to get things out in a timely manner and meet demand however I honestly think Kmart could do a lot better.

Just as an update, it’s now been almost 3 weeks and 2 enquires later and still no word on when my 3rd item will be dispatched. Not a single response from Kmart team.

Cancels and refunds partial order due to unavailability but items still in stock on shelves

Online ordered LEGO kit that is still in stock in 5 stores in Brisbane. Paid and processed, then refunded 2 days later after email confirmed all was well. Out of stock apparently but still physically in stores. Doesn't make sense. Pls fix your internal processes. Also, invest in more servers to remove the waiting period for your website. There are other places to shop and patrons will go there instead.

Thank you kmart home shopping amazing, can still go shopping with family. Have Kmart shopping night while in isolation. Did this with my granddaughter, fun and also enjoyed waiting for our parcles in the post . Thanks for making our Easter still special we sent eggs to family

Order placed online with no shipping details after one week

I have placed my order for delivery on 1/4/2020 and has only received a Order confirmation. The order status is still "Processing" after one week. I phoned the Cheltenham branch which were not able to help as the order was placed online. I then tried calling the help line, but gave up on any person answering after 55 minutes (8:30 on 6/4/2020). The order is for gifts for my son's birthday which I am not sure if or when I will receive it. Has anyone else waited this long?
If I can only get feedback it would help, but not knowing is the worse.

WOW Kmart,
Who in the world has a queue for a web site!!!
A web site cant get COVID-19, there's no need for social distancing or a queue for access on a site, we live in a country that has the 62 fastest internet in the World! out of 195 countries we shouldn't have a problem.

I did have a bad online experience, but have recently ordered again and the process was far smoother. I am still yet to receive either of my orders though.
Though they both appear to have shipped quite some time ago.

Worst website!!!

This must be the only website I’ve ever tried to use that sends me to a virtual queue before allowing me access.

While the wait was annoying the absolute dealbreaker for me was going to the checkout line to find that none of the 6 items in my cart were available. I wasted so much of my time! There’s no way I’d shop online with Kmart again

Slow to load and online queuing and items not available for delivery

After queuing to even access the sight it was then so ridiculously slow to load that it makes it nearly unbearable to use, I waited minutes for pages to load at times and of the 5 items I added to my cart only one was available for delivery, I definitely would NOT recommend Kmart online, at least the target and Big W online use sufficient infrastructure so their pages run efficiently, step up your game Kmart, in this day and age a working online store and delivery is expected, I certainly don’t want to be risking my health going to a store to collect because you can’t manage your delivery service

Online queue - How stupid

When you log on you get this message - How ridiculous. Lazy programming or lack of infrastructure I think. The internet is to avoid cues and not be held back because of poor planning

Wow Kmart, talk about finding a good way to run a sword through your business. Who instigates an queuing system to access a website? Upgrade your servers to cope with more traffic.

The website is obsolete,frustrating & terrible. Worse website I've come across.It may as well not be there. Not usable on Android phones Chrome. Kmart you are losing huge sales.Fix your site.Worst.
And please, don't say there's stock when there isn't and then make the screen freeze when you try and delete the now out of stock item in the checkout, which takes 5 goes to get into in the first place.
Their saving grace is there disabled customer service who are fantastic at fixing issues with a great attitude. I like buying Kmart's stuff but the andriod website is letting them down dreadfully. They will make millions if they create an app and fix the site, long term is worth the short term cost Kmart management.

The process was straightforward, I kept updated daily on the progress of my order, & was very pleased with all the items. Seeing that there were "Made In Bangaladesh" & not in China was a big bonus. Thank you!!

Huge variety of products at affordable prices

If you are planning on living on a budget, but still need some essential supplies for your home, head over to Kmart. There's something there for everyone. And mind you, though the prices are lower than most big brands, it doesn't mean that the products are of very poor quality. Head over and find our for yourselves!

This is the worst website ever! It is so slow to load pages and often when you click on links to products it will log you out and then suddenly say things are out of stock then the next minute they aren't. Very clunky! I wish they had a better one however it won't stop me ordering!

Was told my purchase was available for collection only to find out they cancelled my order

Purchased items from the Kmart Website. I was notified via email that purchase is ready for collection.
After driving 20mins to the kmart store, i was notified by staff member that my order was in fact cancelled. However, i have yet to receive an email that my order has been cancelled. I hope i get my money back.

Shame on you Kmart.
