Horrible nothing but problems and noises
Not satisfied, normal everyday clothing, front load washing detergent, use between hot and cold washes, meant to be 8kg yet could fit more in my 6kg top loader, makes loud jet turbine noise when spinning dry, makes a weird noise in wash cycle it's just loud in general.

You get what you pay for.
Washed clothes.Had for "almost"2 years.Error codes(more than one)appearing out of nowhere.Sure I can google and check with Kogan...and have done.They are a no fix.Is OK.You get what you pay for.Like buying an iphone/Samsung phone vs an unknown.You know one will last and one won't so no suprises.Luckily the Samsung washer that this "replaced"is in the garage to put back into service.I won't throw the Koggan just yet to see what I can do with it.

Perfect Washig machine for the price!
I love my 9kg front loader Kogan washing machine!
It does the job perfectly and i have only ever had 1 minor incident where i called customer service and they were able to help me right away! (Unfortunately, I had a tooth pick stuck in the filter oops!)
As soon as it was out it went back to working perfectly. Can’t fault it for the price!

Not easy to use but efficient
The controls on the device arent exactly organic or easy to understand. Once you manage to get it up and running it gets clothes clean and doesn't seem to cost too much to run.

Terrible product and after service
I purchased my kogan series 7 front loader 6 weeks ago. It worked for 2 weeks and is now showing error code 04. I have emailed back and forth for the last month and still have not even had it looked at even though they have admitted it's faulty.

1 week and I am back to using the laundry mat
I brought this washing machine within 1 week of it arriving it won't complete a cycle keeps saying error 04 we have read the manual inside out both inlet and outlet hoses are not blocked and I can't get a load of washing. You can't call Kogan and the process you say to follow to get to this 'customer service' IS NOT EVEN THERE. I have logged a ticket in an old item and No reply 2 days later. I NEED A DAM WASHING MACHINE. Don't touch it it's cheap because it doesn't work

Cheap and crap Kogan brand, price tag translate to a bad repair with no parts available and poor product!!!
The issue starts with a 1 month delayed delivery
Secondly, when unpacking this product with a hard to remove the foam under machine and you have to make a massive mess to clean. Poor engineering from the beginning.
Drum is constantly trying to find balancing despite the machine been perfectly aligned and at times the clothes comes out soaked with water, super noisy washing cycles. Something I have not experienced before with my Simpson and Electrolux front loader.
Unable to permanently stop the intrusive beeping noise when using the display panels for washing selection.
Drawer spills water upon opening.

Great affordable washing machine
Upgraded our washing machine from a top loader to a front loader. Cant believe how much savings we have made on our electricity bill. The washing machine works great & has many more features than we would ever need. Very happy.

Does the job... slowly
Bought this washing machine because of the low price and large capacity however despite it being a 9kg machine it doesn't seem to fit much more than my old 6kg.
Being a front loader it does take a while to run but definitely does the job.
The noise when the dial is turned gets a bit irritating as well which for some reason I can't get to turn off. This machine offers a variety of settings and seems to be pretty water effecient
