Can you answer a phone call on the watch?

No you cannot. This watch has connection issues with the app. Would not recommend buying this. As without the app it's just a digital watch.

I Recently purchased the Pulse+ Well-being Smart Watch invoice no 34104857 - order JGLGG9H4 - and it won’t charge - after reading a lot of complaints regarding this watch I would like To return and get a refund - I would rather spend more on another watch which is more reliable.
Please advise how to claim a refund and Where to return the watch as I could not find details on you website.

Kogan are impossible to contact by phone. It's all online and Kogan prefers emails

Fill in the details as best you can. I've used this previously and they got back by email in about 2 days. I've yet to find a quicker or easier way.

I don't think the app is good. I have the same issue. The watch doesn't connect to the app. I have asked for a refund for this watch.

how to navigate between the various clock screens

Hold your finger on the bottom of the screen and face will change. Do the same again and it will change again. There is only 4 to choose from. 2 x digital and 2 x analogue. It's a horrible interface to use and be prepared to do it often. As watch face can often change on its own.

Time will change once it is synced with your phone.

my display shows the second clock face at all times. This confuses ( overwrites)the display of all the other screens. How can I make the watch just show a blank display?

There is no blank display that I know of. To change to a digital face hold your finger on the bottom of the screen. It will change the watch face. Release your finger once the desired watch face you want is displayed.

If you have the watch face on digital, you will see battery level in top right or bottom right. Depending on which face you have selected.

Has anyone found an app currently in the Google Play store that is capable of pairing with this watch - particularly one that is able to change the time and date settings?

How to change clock display

You scroll through the 4 clock displays one at a time by holding your finger on the touch button for 3s when the clock display is showing. Take off your finger and touch again for another 3s to see the next display, and so on. Have you worked out how to set the time and date? I havent.

I just received my grey pulse+wellbeing smart watch today. I connected it to the app and the app kept crashing. I deleted the app so I could start again and now the watch will not connect to the phone app at all. Yet my phone bluetooth can see the watch. I have a Samsung note 8. I'm getting very frustrated with this please help

Hi, I am not sure either other way than connecting to the android phone. I am finding difficulty to connect the watch to the phone. Even though the phone says connected to kogan pulse + wellbeing.

Very disappointed. I've had my kogan smart watch for a week now and it's only worked for 1 day. Now the charge doesn't last for more than an hour. Is there a battery level icon anywhere? How can I tell if it's fully charged?

Yes, leave it on charging for few hours at first and the change the watch face by holding the touch button down. One of the face where "top number are light blue and bottom one are red", on right bottom side panel is the battery icon(green color).

How do you access the USB charging port on the Kogan pulse and well being smart watch.

Must use their supplied cable, but even when charged I could not get mine to work. Unless it can successfully connect to your phone via an app it will be useless as it can not set Time or Date. I asked for a refund as tbere was no way of getting mine to connect and work. It was a junk purchase that shipped without any quality control inspections. Send yours back. Its going to waste your time as it will not work.
