Dead out of the Box
Had a supposedly 'Refurbished' 58" Smart TV delivered today.
Took it out of the box, plugged it in and nothing.
Doesn't turn on and all the Kogan help desk people could suggest was to turn it off and on again.
Nothing else and no further response from the help desk.
Looked at it closely and what I was shipped is a 12 month old (from the build date) faulty TV.
All they did was box up someone else's faulty warranty return unit and charge me for it.
There is no way this was checked, turned on or 'Refurbished' in any way....Read more

A week later and they email me to say that the TV is faulty.
Wow! it takes them a week to figure out what I knew 5 minutes after opening the box on its arrival, despite my having sent them a video of the problem that very night.

Great TV for the price
I was hesitant to buy this TV due to the mixed reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Picture quality is great and so is the sound quality. Honestly a great TV for the price. I won’t hesitate to buy a Kogan TV again

s sort of thing by going to an actual physical store if you're after a TV. You'll pay a little more but at least you can return faulty goods and get a replacement or money back there and then.
