Kogan series 9 Dishwasher running 80 minutes longer than printed in user manual??? the "normal" cycle runs for 2 hours and 45 minutes. When manual states running time as 1 hour and 65 minutes.

bought a smokeless grill 2 weeks ago it arrived with out a electric cord cant get any phone responce reported it straight away they put me in line surly it does not take this long to solve the problem item cannot be used until i receive the part if no reply to shis e mail by thursday going to consumers affairs then onto ombudsmen if i return it what is my guarantee of getting my money back as the item is no good to me the way it is

By all means, seek help from the Ombudsman however, if you paid via credit card contact your provider and request a payment reversal due to your product being not fit for purpose.
PayPal also offer a similar service in regards to refunding you your money in the event of your product being broken, faulty, incomplete or not fit for purpose.

I have just looked through all the reviews and have noticed that said ross x writes the exact same response to every complaint whether about a product or lack of communication, do they actually read this stuff or just have an automated reply as it says the same thing every time?

It's an automated reply to appease irritated customers and make it seem as though they are being "responsive" to their consumers concerns.

Legoandpiano and Paula, I am wondering if I could have your permission to add your comments and problems with Kogan addressing faulty products, to my documents I'm about to send to both The NSW Fair Trading Ombudsman and A Current Affair. I bought a 55" Smart HDR 4K LED TV which arrived damaged and Kogan rep replied at length with lies about having already arranged for Allied Express to collect the damaged goods and gave me a Return ID. ..which Allied Express said was fake. I've been waiting since 22nd June. Reading other people's comments it really is disturbing that Kogan can get away with selling crap and not being held accountable. The Fair Trading Ombudsman has the power to shut down a business if they are not doing the right thing by customers. Kogan are ignoring us, and many many others.
So, do you agree?

Hi, I’d like to add my problem as well. I bought something from Kogan and never received it. Australian Post says they never got the item to be sent and Kogan just claimed they sent the item with Australian Post and was not willing to even investigate, or to mention replace or refund.

Hi Ian, I'm definitely going to do this, I've been really busy and am going interstate for a couple of weeks. I was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for my Service in Vietnam last Friday and met with our local ALP Federal Minister. It turned out he remembered me when I was Secretary of the Musicians' Union and he worked for the TLC. So it was a very good time to make a complaint about large on-line companies selling rubbish to unsuspecting customers who pay good money thinking they are getting a good quality product. Instead, they get faulty, broken, pre-owned, parts missing, non-working items, with no way of contacting them. The customer is either sent a stock automated answer, ignored totally or blocked from their Help Desk. This is not good enough. Kogan is bound by Australian Consumer Law and is breaking that law. Anyway, I made it clear to the Minister, something had to be done. He made a note of it, but what I send to the Ombudsman, I will also send to him and to A Current Affair because people have to be warned not to trust Kogan, They're buying refurbished goods by the container load really cheap, and selling them at a price to make you think you are getting a quality, discounted product, and it's crap.
But I don't have to convince you Ian, you know. You've been sold crap like me.

I don't Know. Kogan has never replied to my request for refund and I just bought it.
It's my own fault I guess. I bought some stuff from Kogan years ago, it was a terrible quality, I never got a refund and I sweared that I would never do business with Kogan again. I broke this promise, I thought they're still in business they must have improved. I was wrong.

I Bought a notebook for my niece on Jan4 2022, It broke down on the 2 May 2022 Referred the matter to Kogan Via Emails and issued Ticket Number. #7310047,then returned the item back to Kogan and it was deemed Faulty.They offered me a replacement of cheaper value and I declined the offer, now they said that they will refund me the money back into my Kogan account but to date They have not said the amount of the refund, nor have they answered me back .I am Patiently waiting for an answer, I believe I am entitled to a Full Refund .

Why don't you have a phone number to resolve queries in a single contact? Your customer support should be called customer inconvenience as there is actually no assistance even though every chat or email ends with "Let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with" Like what you are implying your customer service model assists customers? Get real.

I agree with this guy. Why is there no phone number to call since cleasrly things go wrong so often? I need to speak to a human being because all i'm getting like everyone else are copy/paste responses from the few customer services employees Kogan has to keep up with their useless business.
