    Don't tow with them

    published

OE on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee have just done a trip towing 3T of caravan and the rears are ruined after only 15,000 km might be ok on light cars but don't touch them on a 4WD. Definitely not suitable for my use, have General Grabber AT2 on the van might give them a go.

    Great tyres. Lasted well.

Bought these for my 2007 Kluger and it has been great. Got 40,000km out of it. Little bit noisy in the beginning but got use to it. Mostly suburban driving, no off road. Got them for $145 each. Gona give Dunlop Grandtrek PT3 a go and see what that's like.

Can't do much better for the price.

My 626 takes 185/75R14 tyres, quite an odd size these days so choice is a little limited. These were $89 a corner at the time so after comparing options, went with these. Used to having Marshal tyres (generic Kumho) that handled well on the open road. Well... I haven't been let down. First rotation, hardly any evidence of wear. They are quiet. Good ride quality. Surprisingly given the age of the car, handle very well in the wet and on corners.

Only downside is the propensity for the tyre to kick itself out when cornering and hitting a small bump in the road. Takes a little getting used to.
    Inexpensive. Quiet. Good handling.
Tyre can "kick" sometimes when cornering and a bump in the road is encountered.
