I bought this bike in March 2016 and never had a problem with it until I took it in for its second service as required by the maintenance schedule. One week later the bike broke down so I took it back again and they claimed they couldn't find anything wrong with it although the problem still existed. I then took it in for a third time and was charged for more work done on the bike, which should have been done during the service. They now claim that I am using contaminated fuel but I use the same fuel in my other machinery and haven't had a problem. I have now lodged a complaint with Fair Trading so they can look into the matter.
