Hard to shift

I just bought my CForce520 today it had 300 meters on the clock. I have approximately 20 odd kms on it now this machine is everything I want so far however! Jesus christ it just wont shift I try rocking it it just doesnt wont to come out of park. high to low is moderately successful the rest is just outright rubbish it just doesnt want to shift! Any ideas?
Purchased in January 2021.
