its quite good. iv been using this product with my weight loss shakes. although I am losing weight because of this. maybe its the extra help of the shakes or the less eating, although I do find this product nice, it does help you feel fuller for longer. iv enjoyed the fact that iv been eating less. other then that.. I don't know.. its up to you now to try, I do ask to try it

This product requires two tablets before you eat and Garcinua Cambogia (GC) is only around 1700mg, so it's not very effective at all and I noticed no real changes during the time I used. Tablets look like there made using a cheaper quality capsule.
I have since purchased another brand with 5000mg per tablet and I wait to see if it works either.
