Very disappointing service from the front staff(specially aged ladies at counter), if you dont like it working there, you can leave, give opportunity to next person who will be serving with a smile.

I love their plants collections but when I rang them today about what were the ingredients of their premium potting mix, the lady who picked up the phone said (with a rude tone of voice) "I wouldn't have a clue because I wasn't the one who put the potting mix into the bag." That was shocking. Obviously, she did not have a good product knowledge & a terrible customer service skill. Extremely disappointing.

Very disappointing have been buying for many years at this nursery. The quality of plants, the variety and the service has gone down hill for a couple years now and it won't be improving. They don't have the big range anymore. It also shows with the bad service you get the actual staff like to argue with customers and have an excuse for everything. You ask when they will be having a certain items in stock, you go at that time and they tell you a different story each time and that it won't be available. There is other nurseries and Bunnings that...

Used to be a great nursery but less and less variety each time I visit. No flower seedlings and it has really gone off what it used to be. Prices are still good.

Since I bought my house a year ago, I have planted over 300 plants and over 1/2 was from there and not a single one have died.

Excellent service, heathy plants and very well priced. They have a great range, just dont include roses.

Definitely recommend and needless to say I will come back.

The price is the main reason I go here along various sizings and much larger plants for half the price of other nurseries. I bought 17 plants for $130! The Magnolia Gems were twice as much else where and not as big. So many native grasses available and larger sized plants also. I will keep going back as long as they are around :) Lovely helpful staff also.
