Having a mattress that was 10 years old and due for an upgrade I was not happy with chemicals found in new matresses. I had had some health problems and wanted something pure and natural and comfortable. My mother had a latex mattress 40 years ago and had sworn by it. So began my search and I came across Australian latex matress store. I was blown away by the information and personal service we were given. The fact that it was an Australian owned and operated store sealed the deal. Now after several months of purchasing our mattress I'm absolutely wrapped with the comfort and support. Kids got new matresses recently, they are supper happy with the comfort level of the matresses. No more complaints about hard matresses. The kids are sleeping better. As we have chemical sensitivities there was no chemical smell either.

We have owned our Latex Mattress Australia Queen Bed for the past 12 years purchased from the factory / store that was formerly located in Archerfield, QLD. I bought the mattress in January and I am very pleased with it. Previously I have been sleeping on an spring mattress. The latex is more supportive than I am getting a better sleep. This mattress is pure latex and no fillers. I am very pleased.

My husband and I recently purchased the King size pure comfort mattress and base, and latex pillows after being so impressed with the latex bassinet and cot mattress we got for our daughter. The main reason we chose these products was that they are non toxic. On both occasions, the customer service was so warm and friendly.

We've found the mattress to be so supportive, and suits us both even though we're different in size and weight. The mattress has also alleviated much of my hip pain, and my husbands lower neck pain has also improved. We are both waking up feeling refreshed despite having a newborn to tend to throughout the night.

The quality of this mattress is impressive and I'm confident it will last us for years to come.

This is the second pure support mattress we have purchased from Latex Mattress Australia. Both have been for our teenage sons. The boys love them and say their sleep is much improved as a result of how comfortable the mattresses are. The first mattress was purchased two and a half years ago and is still as good as when delivered. I would recommend the purchase of a mattress protector as it reduces the need to wash the mattress cover which can be challenging to get back on. The staff are really friendly and easy to deal with.

The mattress is comfortable yet firm. There are no issues with allergies or asthma like there are with traditional mattresses. The cost was reasonable for the product and durability of 21 years.

I've had my new latex mattress for 2 months now, and since the day I got it I've found it way more comfortable than my old spring mattress. When using my old spring mattress, I was often restless and would wake up with a sore back. I find it much easier to fall asleep now and my quality of sleep has much improved. It's also reassuring to know that there are no nasty chemicals. I highly recommend trying one of these latex mattresses.

This Pure Support medium mattress feels very supportive and of excellent quality. I have slept on it for the past week, and at first it was firmer than I was used to, but I have quickly adapted. I added a sheepskin to give a little softness, and I am now sleeping very comfortably.
There is a slight smell in the mattress and pillow, but it is not affecting my chemical sensitivities, and I have had no problems.
I also bought mattress and pillow protectors, and they feel very luxurious and of good quality.
The staff were very kind and helpful, and I am happy with my purchase.
