Our LG fridge LG 668PNL won’t dispense ice even the ice tank is full. I tried removing all the ice and start a new but still doesn’t. You can hear the dispensing sound from the front but no ice is coming out. Please help

While you hear the sound see if you can gently prod where the ice cubes come out, occasionally they jam up there and once freed works normal again. They may have also melted together for some reason making it too large to come out. What happens if you turn it to shaved ice instead of cubes?

We have the non plumbed fridge freezer. There is water in the dispenser but it’s not coming through the tap. Can you help

Try removing the tank and replacing, make sure to push back as hard as you can. Sometimes it gets an airlock and can take a little while for the water to come through.

Is your door sealing properly? We haven't had this exact issue with ours. We did have ice through the whole freezer when my kid left the door ajar though
Yes the doors are both sealing up properly. It seems to be a slow leak of from somewhere. It’s just trying to find where that is coming from which is the problem but thanks for your input though.

It does take a while to make sufficient ice initially but we find it sufficient for our needs on am ongping basis

If all is turned on and it is only two days old, l would be contacting the retailer or manufacturer as it may be faulty. Can’t suggest anything else as ours has beeen working perfectly since day one. Tez

We have had our fridge for over a year now and every time we use the water dispenser, it makes such a loud 'whirrrrrrrrrrr' noise until we stop using it- the same noise is heard when the fridge uses the water to refill ice tray. My husband thinks it is probably normal, however it seems to me that the volume is much more than it should be- it wakes me during the night sometimes when it is refilling the icetray. Does any one else's fridge make this same noise too?
Our crushed ice goes everywhere too so use a wide mouth glass to collect it in and then add to our drinks.
Other than this query, we have found it to be a great fridge. :)

Ours makes a noise as well but I think that's just the normal mechanics of fridge. Our crushed ice goes everywhere as well, I thought that was just my bad technique ha ha

Can anyone tell me when refilling the water dispenser can you use tap water or must it be filtered bottled water? I have just purchased the non plumbed model.

We just use tap but I'm sure you can use filtered. It just says not to use anything other than water in the tank, like cordial or soft drinks.

We love this fridge however when we use the ice it goes everywhere and is dangerous on tiled floors. Are we missing a piece eg shoot ????

Ours does the same. We try using a bigger cup or I just fill a tray/container with ice and pop it in the freezer and use the ice from that. I'm not sure if this is an issue with all fridges with the ice on the front, cos this is our first fridge with this feature.
I use a deep glass or plastic mug that has a regular size mouth, not a wide mouth and the ice no longer escapes.

Can anyone tell me if the front of the crisper drawers comes off for cleaning? I get bits and pieces getting stuck in the frame of the front of the drawer and can’t move it.
