Hello. I was just wondering if you could provide more detail about its compatibility with Maxi-Cosi? Is that regarding to clip into the car? If so, if we purchased the adaptors, what else do we need to clip into car? Thanks!

Hi Ed, you would need to purchase a Maxi Cosi capsule that is compatible with our adapters. The base of the capsule fits into your car, you then pop the adapters onto the frame of the pram and can move the capsule from the car to the pram. I hope this helps.

Hi all, my wife and I are tall people (180cm). We are wondering if this pram handle is a good height?

Little Lou
Little Lou ·

Hi Richard, the pram handle is adjustable and the prams overall height and where the seat sits is much higher than other prams. One of our guys is 180cm+ and pushes this pram comfortably!

Thank you. That’s great to know. Do you know how many cm high the handle goes at its highest setting?

Highest is 117cm, standard is 108cm

Hi. I’m trying to determine whether you get a free bassinet or just the adapters because the main advert says “free bassinet” but the small print says free bassinet adapters.

Hi, you get the bassinet free, it clips straight onto the pram, no adaptors required for the bassinet to connect to the pram.

Hello, can someone please help me.
How do I move the straps higher on the pram? I have no idea and can’t seem to find any information on it? Thank you!

Little Lou
Little Lou ·

Hello, if you pop your hand up the back of the seat, through one layer of fabric you will feel the clip, pull slightly to turn horizontal and then thread through to the front and reposition to the height required :)

Hello-
Does the pram fit well into a Mazda CX-3 boot?

Little Lou
Little Lou ·

Hi Lucy, I’m sure it will fit - the folded measurements are 59 x 92 x 40cm. I hope this gives a better idea of much room it takes up :)

Hi, there is no mention of the size of the seat, specifically looking at the height of the seat back. Thanks.

Hi there’s no mention of the size of the tyres, what’s diameter in inches? Are all tyres same size? How much would be to include a spare inner tube? Also i saw in description its ~90cm after folding is that right? That seems a bit too long i thought? Thanks

When can you start transitioning your child from the bassinet to the seat?

Little Lou

Hi Kristin,

The pram seat is suitable from birth as it has a lie flat recline :)

Hi!
Firstly, can the seat be positioned rear and forward facing? And if yes, Do you need additional adaptors for this?
Secondly, how can tyre punctures be dealt with?
Thank you!

Little Lou
Little Lou ·

Hello, yes it can forward face and rear face - no adaptors are needed for this. Tyre punctures can easily be repaired like any air tyre, although they are highly resistant and you should not have a problem. We do have extra tubes if needed :)

Can you run with the trek pram?

Thanks

The TREK is a jogger pram and allows you to lock the front wheel in when doing anything more brisk than a walk :) If we can help you with anything else, feel free to email us at [email protected]

I saw on the website that it said the brake is "one touch double brakes". What does it mean? What's the difference between that and normal footbrake system. Thank you.

Little Lou
Little Lou ·

Hello! It just needs to be pressed once in the middle with your foot and locks both back wheels - some prams have one on each back wheel or just one on one wheel!
