They trick you into signing up by offering 15% to new members, take your details but then never send it. They sell you products that aren’t in stock then tell you you’ve been refunded when you haven’t yet. They make it near impossible to contact them, their website is so frustrating, they make you talk to an online chat thing and you have to sit there waiting for ages for a response. If you do manage to get an email from them (which are frankly so rude) they will tell you to contact if any further questions but send from a no reply email.
So frustrating, will never shop here again.
It’s been weeks and didn’t arrive in any of my folders. I’ve also never shopped with Lorna Jane before.

I've always found the Lorna Jane staff members to be extremely helpful. The stores are always neat and lovely to look at. I love the atmosphere and they seem to know their products really well. Personally I always find that their suggestions work with me, and in usually quite fussy. I've always liked the quality of the clothing, although sometimes I'm a little annoyed at the influence of other brands that can be quite obvious in some of their designs.

This is the second time in which I’ve gone into store based on an email with a promotional offer only to be told nope you can’t use cause it is not full price. This latest only started a minimum spend was required - which I had met. But nowhere on the email did it say that nor online either . Why bother running promotions if you elect to make up the rules and keep consumers in the dark. Even head office fails to respond to emails

As a customer of Lorna jane for years, I have always loved their staff and their products. I was extremely disappointed today as I purchased a pair of $120 leggings exactly a week ago, and as I was putting them on they ripped in my hands, literally. It's only a small hole, but they cant be worn. The Team in your local LJ store have looked over the Leggings and area of concern and did not find any genuine manufacturing faults. Our Leggings are designed to be super soft, lightweight and breathable so if the fabric does come into contact with a strong force or a rough/sharp object this may affect the material. She couldn't help me enough. I bought 2 bras, a t.shirt and a pair of leggings. Size medium!! And I thought i was an xl!!(usually 14) Felt good getting a medium. Milly knew my size by looking at me. Got me everything to try on. All fitted perfectly. Made shopping delightful for a mature lady! I would have browsed and left empty handed had it not been for great customer service from Milly. Environmentally irresponsible and disappointing yoga mat, not worth the money
I purchased the Ultimate Non-Slip Yoga Mat as a gift and had high expectations as I felt the quality of Lorna Jane clothing was good and for the price I expected it to perform well. After 2 months of regular use the mat started to shred and losing pieces. Surprised, I emailed LJ with photos and they were totally uninterested in a replacement or taking responsibility for the poor quality of their product. A year later the mat is still losing pieces, has a hole in it, is breaking down and cannot be used anymore. I find it shameful that LJ would produce such a poor quality mat that is destined for landfill a short time after it is purchased. Although they are an activewear brand, their yoga mats are not built to perform.

Found the pants I wanted easily on the online store. The stock was a bit short as it was in store as well. Great quality and service at the store as I did a click and collect and got to try the size before I left the shop.

There are no visible flaws, the o-rings are in place, but as soon as they're turned upside down and shaken a bit, water leaks out the seal where the top is screwed on. Looking at the cap, there is only one line of thread that is supposed to keep water in, so they really are just a poor design.
It is incredibly wasteful and environmentally irresponsible to manufacture products that don't work. So many brand new bottles will just be thrown in the landfill because they're not made well. Don't buy them!

I don’t usually buy Lorna Jane as it’s too expensive. These were on special so purchased them. So comfy love them and will definitely spend extra to buy good quality again.

Products are ok, sometimes hit & miss, but what’s not ok is the poor level of customer service.
Returning a product online is the biggest hassle. They sure make it hard with all the manual steps required. On top, you pay for your own postage.
Compared to all the similar, big companies that make it as easy as the click of 1 button & issue you with a return-paid postage slip, Lorna Jane definitely makes it hard to return items!!
Maybe the millionaire owner should reconsider how her customers feel about buying from her. I’ll think twice next time.

Went to the Lorna Jane store in person a few times and every time I went, was given incorrect information by staff members. Extremely frustrating. I think they need a vigorously training so they are all updated with information they can provide to their valued customers. Friendly staff, however lack of information on products availability.

However in my opinion the quality isn’t worth the price tag, my pocket bike shorts ripped the first time I wore them. I looked down and suddenly noticed a 3cm hole above my knee that appeared whilst lounging around my home. A quick sewing job and I still happy to wear them but just beware as I have more affordable brands that have lasted me years with minor wear and more strenuous activity!

I received a stained bra with no removable padding. I was assured by the csr on the live chat that a replacement with padding would be sent but no - another bra without padding came. The style comes in other colours and I have previously purchased two that came with padding so assumed the colour I ordered would also come with the padding - description did not say it wouldn’t!
