Hello, I purchased a few pairs of Lorna feel naked underwear a couple of months ago and loved them so much I ordered a few more online just before Christmas. When they arrived I noticed the material was completely different and the size (even though I purchased the same size as before) was much smaller than the ones I already have. Why is there such a big difference? The quality of the latest order is well below what I am used to from Lorna.

The last 3-4 tights I have purchased from Lorna Jane have a small hole in them just under my bum after only a few wears.
I thought it was just me and perhaps they were catching on something but yesterday I noticed a girl at my gym wearing Lorna Jane’s with a hole in the exact same spot!
Is anyone else having this issue?
I’ve been purchasing Lorna Jane tights for over 10 years and it’s only been in the last couple of years that this has happened. I have also purchased and worn other brands of tights and they do not have any holes in them…

To whom it is that is going to be replying to me under the guise of Lorna Jane as I would imagine that she would be too “busy” to actually reply to her customers (the people who have made her business so successful by purchasing her products) her self. Now I have been a long time customer of your products nearly 80% of my wardrobe is LJ products!!! I’m not kidding. But what has really gotten to me is the fact that it seems that people who want to pay with CASH (it seems you have forgotten that it is an actual LEGAL TENDER and once use to be how EVERYTHING before those stupid PLASTIC bank cards where invented was payed for) are not worthy of shopping in your store anymore, is cash not good enough for your stores anymore is it too lower class or something? Because please don’t try with your “better for the environment” excuse because Polymer banknotes are recyclable. The recycled polymer can be turned into new plastic items, like compost bins, flowerpots and power sockets. I mean bank cards are ok for your store correct? and they are made out of plastic also!!! And please every counter has hand sanitiser on it if your worried about “germs” on the money. I’m really disappointed in the better then everyone else attitude a lot of your stores and staff have seemed to adopt it use to be a fantastic real good vibe fun place to shop not anymore you have completely lost my business the no cash thing has done it for me. Let’s not forget that cash is money- money is business no money no business.
Also the quality of your clothing has gone to the crap house so typical of a business that goes so big they actually forget about how much pride was once put into designing their first product !!!

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I recently purchased the viper snake print bike shorts and after 2 wears the stitching came undone in the crotch and created a hole, I took them back to store and they replaced them for me but I’ve just taken the tags off the new ones they gave me and already noticed the stitching is coming undone, there’s no hole but there’s a loose thread and it’s very clear if I were to wear them it would create a hole. The new ones are completely unworn so there’s no reason there should be a hole

I feel your pain. I bought my tights only had them for 3 weeks when I noticed a little hole. Took them back to rouse Hill Lorna Jane.. they DIDNT WANT A bar of me. They told me to go online via chat. I was there at the store. Never buying from them again. BUYER BEWARE

I was beginning to think I had done something to make the hole and unsure whether to take back to the store, but after reading all the reviews, I know it wasnt me who made the hole.

Exact same thing happened to me. Im a M, bought maternity tights, wore them for 3 weeks and the stitching came apart in thighs AND CALVES. When I went into the store I was told that it was because "my thighs clearly touch and rub together, causing friction which wore them out." When I asked her to explain how it happened to the calves too the size 6 employee politely stated "well, im a size 6 and mine are fine."
Disgusting service both instore and online.

Wondering if any other LJ purchasers have had the same experience as I've had -
orange-ish marks on several of the brightly coloured racer-back tops (nylon-elastane), particularly the fluoro green? I 've two of them, which have hardly been worn (have had a couple of others in the past, but ditched them) - these marks have occurred near the bottom of the hem, on the side seams, and across the back and chest areas - all indiscrimate. These tops were around $60-70 each - and are not at all wearable, nor can be given away. These marks are not as a result of deodorants or creams nor from other coloured clothes - I've always washed all my LJ clothes carefully (in LJ laundry bags), no bleaches, etc, and always dried inside not outside in the sun. Over past 8-odd years I have spent probably upwards of $2-3,000, however, this has put me off buying anymore. Jilly

Hi, I had similar experience. I bought Lorna Jane fluoro top in bright green and after first wash (cold gentle wash in LG washing bag) it completely lost it’s colour and had some grey colour through it. Completely unwearable now. I went to the shop to exchange or return it and first they start to question that I bought it there cause it was from an older collection. After me showing them receipt from a week ago they said it’s not manufactured fault and they can’t help me. I contact LG customer care and they said the shop viewed the garment and told me the outcome. She said it to me 3 or 4 times with the same phrase every time I asked who else I can talk about it... after me asking o we and over again she said I can send it to an expert for my expense but most likely the out cone will be the same I had in the shop (not manufactured fault) Just want to say I was buying Lorna Jane for more then 3 years. Spend lots of money in their shops. Everyone in the gym know me as Lorna Jane fan and I always promote this brand as worth the money! But After this horrible experience with customer service I don’t feel like buying anymore Lorna Jane clothes ... or supporting this brand. Even on line gym clothes brands who way less famous then Lorna Jane has better customer support.

I just had the same crap customer service. I'm shocked that such a "good" brand can be so dismissive. The hole in my crotch area is very clear that it has been worn through. Can you believe they told me i BURNT a hole into the crotch!! Are they for real????? Iv only worn my tights for 5 months. Cheaper nastier tights have held up better

Hi there - I purchased some items during Covid and wanted to exchange in store so I could check for correct size etc. However it's more than the 14 days since purchase, but the stores were not opened during Melbourne lockdown. Can I still return them in store. I've purchased many LJ products, and over $600 worth in the last several months alone.

I bought a tank for $52.5 yesterday and still waiting for the tank to arrive. However, today I found the price of the tank is dropped to $40. I contacted the custom care online immediately and let me show their respond: 'Unfortunately, prices are constantly changing on the website. We are unable to give a price difference on the tank.' I am very upset with Meagan from highpoint store. My daughter had a faulty leggings and bring it back the second time in store for a change over and she refused to change it. The seams and thread are coming undone from the side and she refused to change it over. I have spoken to another store manager from another store because I was very upset. The leggings was purchased on 21/09/2019 and when Chenelle return it last year she refused to change it and I told her to bring it back today because she just got back from overseas and have to go back to teaching dancing and put it on and I told her to take it off and bring it back to the store. Meagan was very unprofessional and did a smirk laugh when she look at the leggings to my daughter and told her it’s not faulty and refused to change the leggings over. As a VIP customer for myself and daughter I am disgusted with the treatment my daughter received. This is not acceptable and I would like to put in a complaint for what had transpired in the highpoint store. I would like the leggings to be changed over or a full refund because the leggings is faulty. I am very disappointed with such rude customer service. This is the customer number. 10044044/10012278.

I am petite. I bought a size small tights but it is too long for me and thought, like LuLu Lemon, LJ would do hemming on their tights. Took it to your shop and was told there was no such service for LJ tights. Very disappointing! Why does LJ not offer hemming service?
