Please excuse me if I have missed any information on this...have the Lorna Jane Flashdance shorts been discontinued?
Thanks, Leanne

Hi Leanne,
Thanks for the q! Whilst we are continuing to release our (mega popular!) Flashies and Flashdance Full Length Pants, our Flashdance Shorts have been sidelined to introduce the updated "Tony" Shorts. We are doing this also to make room for so many new run shorts which we have been getting begged for :)
If you want any help with style alternatives please do reach out to our Active Concierge team ... ph 13 89 90 - they will sort you out!
Wishing you the best in Active Living!

Discontinuing the flash shorts is literally the worst decision ever!!! Im heart broken. If anyone on here has any they want to sell to me second hand...I am desperate!

Hi Liz and Leanne - sorry to break hearts! Please do keep an eye out though, shorts are a huge focus for us this year and we are bringing out a longer line running short. Stay tuned! MNB, Team LJ xx

Still disappointed about the discontinuation of the Flashdance Shorts. I agree with Liz this is the worst decision ever and no shorts have matched/replaced them since. Could you bring them back?

I'm usually a size 10 and it says that the size 10 in leggings at lorna jane are size small should i get small or go for the medium one?

I'm an Aus 10 sometimes 12 and the small fits perfectly! Not right or anything and the core styles suck in everything in the stomach area. Stick with the smalls!

Hi There! All of our sizes are Australian Standard sizing so if you are a size 10 a size S should fit you well. Please do reach out to our Active Concierge Stylists on 13 89 90 or jump onto our Live Chat if you would like further assistance. Wishing you the best in Active Living! MNB, LJ xx

I spent over $350 to get the promotion of 3/4 tights with Lorna Jane online (with $160 to get them through NZ customs). I entered the code for the promotion, selected my size and paid for the order. My order arrived and the free tights for spending over $350 were not in there but a random 9% discount for no apparent reason has been applied to each item on my order to take it 95c under the $350 cost for the free tights and instead of paying over $350 like I thought I've paid $349.05 and got no free tights? I've never shopped at Lorna Jane before and been given a discount without a sale being on for just being a good customer and I have spent thousands with Lorna Jane. The order was definitely over $350 when I brought the stuff and adds up to just over $380 when you look at the items online. So what's going on? I know I selected the code, the colour and the size but suddenly I've been given a discount to take me 95c under getting the free promotion?

Exactly same experience. They questioned me in the email that the promotion code is not shown in Australian website, and I have sent them the picture I have taken from their website. No replies so far. I assume they are trying to provide the promotion code to mislead the customer to over spent. And then deny the promotion is subject to T&C if there are any complaints.

Hi Ladies! Apologies for the delayed replies, we have just gotten new access to reply on this platform and are madly trying to reply to all! To clarify to any NZ people wondering on the above... the sales tax comes off the sale if an international delivery address is entered at the checkout. In some cases this may bring your total under a promo amount which may stop the automation of the promotion "firing" at cart. Alot of these systems are automated but our Customer Care team are not ... simply contact us when you receive your order confirmation and we can sort you out! Also FYI we now have a showroom in Auckland and a warehouse we ship directly from - so for NZ ladies, there are no more customs to worry about! xx MNB, Team LJ xx

Hi guys, this is the 2nd time this has happened to me with 2 different items and now it's frustrating. Just before XMAS I purchased the Fluro pink and yellow sports bra from the Springfield Lakes (QLD) store. I spent around $300 on that particular day. I washed it before I wore it as I do with every new piece of clothing and when I sweat the pink runs and when I wash it the pink runs and I use a cold wash.
When you pay $60 for a sports bra you dont expect this to happen.
I don't have my receipt obviously because of the time frame nor did I actually keep it because I expect LJ appreal to be of high quality.
Could you please advise what your policy is?
Thanks Sarah

Hi Sarah,
I am sorry to hear that your sports bra is having issues with the colour running. We would be happy to offer you a product assessment which we can either do in store or at Head Office. The address details for Head Office are as follows:
Lorna Jane Product Assessment
PO Box 1105
Eagle Farm, Qld, 4009.
We do require proof of purchase along with the item however if you no longer have the receipt we can find this by using other information. For example, the store you purchased it at and the date. If the transaction was attached to your name at the time of purchase that is a very easy way for us to find your details. If you would prefer to give those details privately you are welcome to contact us via email: [email protected] or by phoning 13 89 90.
I look foward to hearing from you soon.
Kind Regards,
Natalie
