Perfect in every sense.
A very professional real estate group of people lead by Sabina, highly recommended for both renting a property or managing a property. Well done to the team of LUXE Property!

Professional, easy application, quick response
Vincent helped me a great deal with the application process and negotiated/resolved issues with the landlord on behalf of me. When I went to sign the lease, he had all the paperwork ready and explained everything quite thoroughly. He replies the same day and gives accurate information. Very easy to deal with and reliable. Thanks heaps Vincent.

Terrible real estate agency!
Terrible to deal with on the phone. [name removed] is rude and does not reply to emails or phone calls in a timely manner. Issues are not resolved quickly and have been dragged out to months. Does not support tenants with getting things fixed. Would NOT recommend this real estate agency to tenants or landlords. [name removed] is also difficult to deal with.
A very good Agency
I recommend Luxe. Professional, polite and practical. Issues dealt with properly and without drama. Sabina, the Principal, was always attentive and reasonable.
Who's the fault eventually? Terrible Experience with this agent
My friend and I moved in apartment in April 2014 and we live in this apartment 3 years. During my roommate back to country and I found job in Port Melbourne, then I decide to terminate the lease.
This is my first time to finish the lease contract and find cleaning company to do the after work. Honestly the apartment's wall was damaged by my friend who punch a whole in bedroom and small dent in living room in long time age. I decided to fix the wall by myself but obviously it is not perfect. When they doing normal inspection the lady who com...
Read moree from the agent did not say anything about the wall. Then I felt like re- paint the wall will be fine. After all cleaning done, This agent delayed one week to do the inspections and when she did inspection she did not turn off the light for few days. And then she wrote a long email to tell me how many places she not satisfied, such as wall need to fixed and re-paint, marks on benchtop, marks on wall and smell not good in apartment etc. So far I am still want to solve the problem in a gentle way. Then I wrote back a long email to tell the agent. I am willing to fix it, but I need her give me her inspection criteria. Then I can follow the standard to fix the problems. But she did not mentioned anything about the standard. And in the phone she refused me to use my handyman and cleaning company to fix the problem which really upset me. She asked me to use her people to do it and I can not refuse it. So I found few paragraph from "Tenant Union of Victoria" website as reference by email to tell her I have my right to choose which handyman and cleaning company. If she's not agree with it I will go to VCAT to solve everything. Then she agreed with my way. She said try to clean the wall as much as I can but I need to fix those damage walls. Then during second cleaning, they clean most parts, patched whole, and re-paint the wall. But when she did last inspection. She called me and said the benchtop is still stained I need to pay an amount towards compensation. And she said those marks from wall caused by painting and cleaning products become a big problem. She required me to paint whole apartment. The photo she took for patched hole was real close and she said that is un-acceptable.Questions & Answers
