We picked our 2017 Navigator van up Feb 2018. We had one problem with the water pump when we reached Tocumwal. Rang up Clint the sales guy told him the problem. He had the office ring me. The pump was sent that afternoon, still could use the mains water pressure from the tap. We have been on the road for 2 months. The quality of the van has lived up to our expectations. i would recommend them to anyone, great value for money. Clint was helpful where we picked up the van in Geelong. When you receive hand over do what we did and tape it on your phone. Towing has also been great with our Pajero which pulls the van with no problems.

    Semi Off-Road Navigator

We picked our Navigator van up last year and have been on the road 4 months. We are travelling around OZ and so far we are enjoying the comforts of our van. We have had no problems, only minor, one being the blinds in our bedroom area which pull up and down. They were cut too short on the sides and will be replaced when we return to Qld. The service from Caboolture, especially Maddison, has been very good and also in Victoria where we picked the van up. Danni and Clint in Geelong were most helpful. The quality and finish of our van is comparable to the more expensive vans, one of which we had purchased previously and were not happy with. Towing has also been great with our Holden Colorado which pulls the van no problem.

I have had my Majestic Navigator for 12 months now and love it. It is full Offroad and has been on the beach and Off the beaten track. It Tows beautifully and performs flawlessly. Set up for extended free camping the solar system and gas appliances allow me to stay any where. I carry a water bladder in the back of my ute for easy refills and a Honda Genny for the "must have power" situations, like aircon in 47 degrees.Glen and the team at Caboolture were great. I looked for a van for 5 years and couldnt find what I wanted for what I wanted to pay. 5 minutes after walking through the door at Majestic i knew ths search was over.

5 years of ownership and nothing I would like to change. Heavy duty simplicity dual suspension, h/duty G and S chassis. Well built strong frame, nothing has come loose in 5.5 years of ownership. Have done many mods to personlise van with solar/extra water tank/2 spare tyres/ etc. A very modern van even after 6 years.
Price and equipment, and design of van.
very minor warranty which was not worth returning to dealer, rectified myself with my own improvements,
