Read reviews online before purchasing. Surprised when it arrived as it was in a box, BUT, it was vacuum packed and when opened, it was a great mattress, 30cm thick. I ordered medium-firm and that is what I got, Have been sleeping on it for a week now and think it is great. A very good mattress for the price. There was also a quick delivery, it arrived three days after being ordered.

We bought the soft/medium for our guestroom. We decided to take the plunge after reading a lot of positive reviews. You always worry about certain purchases online as you don't get to feel the quality of a product but this was a great buy. The delivery was fast and the mattress is very good quality. We had a great nights rest in our guestroom and sometimes I feel like moving bedrooms. Our main mattress was RRP $4,000 and we regret spending this knowing what we know now. If you're looking for a good mattress at a bargain price, I suggest you get this one.

Also comes in 30cm euro top for a little more comfort & $$$, seriously thinking of making a purchase of this one. The whole mattress buying is a pond of trial & error, but with this mattress at this cost you can afford the risk of buying without having the safety net of 100 day trial offered by other companies. I went back and forth for weeks wondering if I should just spend the extra $700 and get a brand that I know, I finally bit the bullet and ordered one. I purchased the Queen Mattress 30 cm medium - firm. I don't think I've ever had sleep this good and for what your paying it's an absolute bargain. So stop doing more research and just buy the damn thing!!!

I purchase a medium-firm Queen size mattress. Delivery was on time as promised. Mattress was packed nicely and didn't suffer any damage in transit. The chemical smell lingered for few days but was completely gone in 2-3 weeks. Medium-Firm is really medium firm. I put this mattress in our guest bedroom for my parents who always complained about firmness of beds. No more complaints now! A great purchase and I recommend it.

This mattress is simply amazing - you could easily spend 10 times the price and still be happy! Wife has a bad back post surgery and is blown away by the quality.

I bought the 30cm queen med-firm after reading so many positive reviews. I checked on whirlpool as well to ensure that they were authentic and it was. Very happy after my third nights sleep. I bought our first mattress as a firm-medium. I received an email from the seller telling me that there is a medium-soft option as well. I could not change to the softer one as the seller had already shipped it. Although it was really good I found it just a bit too firm for my back problems. I asked the seller about buying another mattress (medium-soft) and he willingly offered a discount when I buy the next one. He kept his promises and we are now enjoying the medium-soft mattress and my son likes the firm-medium one as he use to have a sore back from his old mattress. A happy family all around. Great product and great customer service.
