Pricing mistakes
Pricing mistakes, has been overcharged, tag shows different prices from what I had been charged. Got refund. Not going to the shop anymore.

Check what you are charged for
I am regular customer at Europe. On two last occasions I have been overcharged on my purchase. First one I haven't realised on time, until I checked my account. Second one, receipt showed papaya $4.99 per kg when in fact was $2.99. Refund has been issued on my request, but I still cant work surcharge and why my account shows different total amount charged, as well as refund amount. I believe the new staff needs training otherwise Europe market is going to have less and less of their regular customers.
