My air fryer lid turns off because of poor contact between power pins and the "pad" it sits on. Will work when force is applied but contact does not last.

Hi - I want to cook a sticky date pudding in the pressure cooker. Receipt says choose high pressure but I can’t seem to change the temperature on the machine - only the time. Anyone know how to change the temp? Or what the best pressure setting would be for cakes and puddings?

Hi there, I haven't been able to work out how to use my 12 in 1. When I try to select a cooking option e.g. rice, the pot never heats up, it just continues to show the light movements implying the pot is heating up. I've also tried to find customer service details for Pro master in the chance it's faulty and have had no luck. Any ideas?!

Hi - i've been having trouble too. The website doesn't seem to work ( www.master-pro.com.au) They recommend contacting retailer to make a claim on guarantee. It sounds like the lid may not be on properly though?

Whatever I do, I always make a mistake E3. I checked and even disassembled the valves, replaced the jamming cable and it does not want to start cooking. I doubt a software problem.
