Fresh From Box, NOT WORKING
This is ridiculous. It's brand new, I take it out of the box, plug it in, put some coffee beans in it, press the button and...nothing! How on earth is a company's quality control so abysmal that a completely non-functioning unit made it out the factory doors?
Well that's my coffee plans out the window. I was really looking forward to making a cup and having a nice morning in. Guess I'll have to go to the cafe now. Very annoyed!
