Shiny light weight cutlery that has a sharp edge at the top of the handles.
The Maxwell & Williams cosmopolitan cutlery set has a lot of really good reviews.
I wrote my review and it wasn't published, so I now know that only positive reviews are being published by some retailers. This isn't honest.
The cutlery looks lovely on the computer screen and it is well packaged and presented.
The problem is that the spoons and forks have a sharpish edge at the top of the handles and I immediately felt this scrapping my hand when I used them. After that it became even more noticeable.
As a result I have put the cutlery back into the box and I am seeking a full refund.

Read moreI think you need to see and handle cutlery to make a proper buying decision. I won't be buying Maxwell & Williams brand in the future.

Update: I returned the cutlery set to the store and the sales person agreed, upon inspecting the cutlery.
I then purchased a different brand, and all good.
