Was assisted by Jane Vo and she was fantastic. I am not good on technical instructions and she was very patient with me and explain issues in a straight forward and easy to understand manner. Online change via chat mechanism
Nawal. R. Was very quick to reply via the Maxxia messenger interface. I haven't ever used this method before, but it was quick and easy. I was able to change what I needed to in a very small amount of time, under 5mins.

Patient and efficient service from Kiran P
My employer had made a mistake and the fixing of the issue was not apparent on my Maxxia account. Kiran has organised everything to be fixed and sent me a very clear email. My account will reflect the correct amounts and details tomorrow. Thank you Kiran!

Great customer service
Would like to thank Priyasha for her assistance in leasing a car. She explained the process step by step, returned my phones and emails immediately. She thoroughly answered all the questions I had and she is very knowledgeable on the product. Over an hour online, no resolution.
You are withholding my money. Release it to me now please. That is not our deal. The deal is maxxia salary package, then next day put tax free money into my bank account. This is the deal we've had for 10 years. Why oh why have u changed the deal? release my funds immediately please. Then maxxia left me waiting for over an hour online, and didn't even connect me with anyone to resolve the problem.

None of this needs to be happening. Who's in charge down there? Who is creating these systems and then not following up and overseeing? Cohealth, we need to change SP providers as this is ridiculous.

Not worth one star- beware of this company
I terminated my lease after the car was written off. Maxxia have kept all of the money in the Maxxia account (unused funds) and called it an admin fee. They sporadically take money from my pay(not every fortnight) which they just keep. The lease was fully paid out as I had gap insurance. So far they have kept $1103.71 . They don’t reply to emails. If you ring they say they will ring back to get you off the phone but never ring back. It’s now been 40 days - no responses and none of my money back - beware if this company.

Fees, fees, fees and vague statements
Maxxia's number 1 priority is their fees. There seems to be fees attached to everything. Admin fee, transaction fee and when you decide to give it all up, guess what, a termination fee.
Their statements are vague and leave you wondering where the money has gone, especially when it doesn't arrive into your bank account and it took 3 calls to their call centre to make it right, with one customer service rep even cutting me off mid sentence telling me "Yep, yep, I'll sort it out" and of course he didn't because he simply didn't listen to what I ...Read more

Issue resolved in minutes, great service
The chat option works great. The consultant Kiran was lovely and resolved my payment issue within minutes. I prefer this as it is easier and quicker than on phone where you are on hold for very long.

Avoid Maxxia for Novated Lease
I have recently just finished my lease with Maxxia.
NOVATED LEASE ISSUES
1. The company is not transparent with their interest rates, which are significantly higher than the bank rate. They do not put the rate on the estimate or contract. Also, their estimate of 'your tax savings' is inaccurate. Maxxia likely ends up with the majority of your 'savings'.
2. Their after sales team contact you with a quote for tinting, paint protection, dash cams, etc. I looked privately and decided to opt out, as Maxxia's quotes are relatively expensive.

Changes are made for changes sake or because someone is bored and needs to find something to do. Problem is, these brainstorms impact negatively on customer service.
