It was great having my mortgage paid but now having trouble with using the card

I was having my mortgage paid each pay which was great, now I am using the everyday living card and have trouble as the card does not work so I have to pay first then claim it back

Spoke with Rhiannon A, she was very lovely and only wanted the best. Went through everything she possibly needed to and really brought a smile to my face. Sounds very confident in her work and made feel confident in her. Very happy with Maxxia’s service overall but Rhiannon really made my experience with Maxxia even better. Thank you!

Issues easily and efficiently resolved once contact has been made but hard to reach on phone sometimes. Otherwise service is easy to use and maximises tax benefits available in the not for profit sector.

Continuing poor service from Maxxia

I booked accommodation and it didn't appear to go through the system as no confirmation. As such I chose a different provider as there was no accommodation available in my first choice. This booking did get confirmed. I was contacted after the arrival date by a company I wasn't staying with to advise that as I didn't show up and they "didn't notice until the following day (2pm check in time)", they had sent my details through to maxxia and maxxia paid them. Now maxxia tell me its not their problem, I have to contact the company who have already advised they aren't willing to give a refund for a booking that wasn't confirmed.

Maxxia as usual very unhelpful.

I am not sure I registered online log on for Maxxia. I need to change my bank details and how I can do it online. I did try to register but with no success. Thank you.

Hi jenny. Yes, it's a pita. Stick with it and you will get a result. But it doesn't need to be this hard. Changes are made for changes sake or because someone is bored and needs to find something to do. Problem is, these brainstorms impact negatively on customer service.
