We have enjoyed excellent service throughout our transitioning from one lease to a new one with Maxxia. Gazel Malhorta in particular has been superb in terms of responding to queries promptly, dealing with claims, helping us to navigate the paperwork and being proactive with information and guidance.

Extraordinary Assistance

I work for two Not-For-Profit organisations and opted for Salary Packaging. Two new cards were issued. I had difficulty activating it and changing Pin No. to use my Cards. I contacted the after hours Manager (G.E.) and he understood the problems I was facing, sent me a detailed 'step by step' instructions and promised to make sure the Card works. His follow up and response was extra-ordinary.

I had a query on Salary Packing and the automated help desk kept making comments about Novated Leasing. I was then directed to Alexandra W on the help desk - the service was prompt, friendly, answered my question and quickly emailed me the appropriate form. Well done!

Alexandra was so helpful and non judgmental. Her knowledge of what I needed was second to none and I feel so fantastic now. I have never had such a positive interaction.

Nawal was very patient and helpful in solving my login problem which was actually my error and answering my subsequent questions. She had resolved the issues before my call had even been answered by the call centre. I will defineltly use this chat system again

Alexandra for live chat was awesome. 5 stars for your service. Maxxia portal is very flaky and it was hard to setup login account and have self service capability but Alexandra (Alex) from online chat was informative and helpful to get my questions answered and issue resolved.

Rubbish. Zero customer service

Maxxia were financial controlling side of the lease with Smart leasing sourcing the vehicle. Neither companies communicated with each other and upon sending maxxia all the necessary documents myself, I was advised that they couldn't use the documents I sent, I notified Smart leasing who passed on the same documents and tried numerous times to contact Maxxia, now one was able to get in contact with them. After two weeks I was advised that I would personally get a call from Maxxia, but that never happened. After a month, still no contact and they started deducting double what I agreed to and it is all deducted post tax, which now makes me broke each fortnight. Zero assistance in rectifying the issue.

the product is good with minimal fine print however the process to get it is extremely time consuming, be prepared for a long process of repeatative nature. Staff are very helpful and happy to explain product at length for clarity

Confused I my claim was not processed

I submitted my claim but I had insufficient funds. I received a partial reimbursement after talking to online customer service. The rest I will be paid when more funds arrive. I was advised to increase my spending budget. Thank you, guys. Quick, polite and to the point. Great customer service.

I am not sure I registered online log on for Maxxia. I need to change my bank details and how I can do it online. I did try to register but with no success. Thank you.

Hi jenny. Yes, it's a pita. Stick with it and you will get a result. But it doesn't need to be this hard. Changes are made for changes sake or because someone is bored and needs to find something to do. Problem is, these brainstorms impact negatively on customer service. We work in the front line and work hard for our money. Good luck.
