Changed PIN number

I received letter with my new Maxxia card with instructions on how to read PIN number attached.
I couldn't see or get number.
Phoned Maxxia. great support.
I changed this number to one of my own. All good.
Thank you to both Staff who helped me, as I lost Michael on getting email code from Internet. Then lost female on the phone as well as I didn't know how to get on hold call phone call back. It kept going around in circles.
I do apologise to these two valued staff members. Thank you to both staff.

Staff Aaron from Maxxia was really hepful and actually get back to me re:missing Maxxia account. I was with SWSAHS which is part of NSW Health and they do link with Maxxia. When I moved to Healthshare NSW which also part of NSW Health then the Maxxia account just vanished despite having the same employee no.
Aaron check and recheck- and explained that Healthshare NSW has a different salary packaging company provider. Thanks for getting back to me with that information.

Money Grabbing

Despite me requesting a cessation of my accounting Mid April 2018, mainly due to the organisation taking funds from my pay to support a mortgage but not passing the funds to my mortgage bank, Maxxia continued to deducted fees from my pay totalling $515.16 (since April 2018). Be aware of giving advice to Maxxia in relation to a cancelled account and be sure that you mention that "cancel my account" if that's your intention. Because I contacted them twice in 2018, it was deemed that the account was active and hence a penalty of $145 yearly. So from a total deduction of $515.16 I get back $141.96. I view this as an exercise in money grabbing by Maxxia.
