Highly recommend this sling. I bought a Hug-a-bub wrap carrier which my husband used for our newborn but I couldn't use due to having unexpectedly had a c-section and finding the wrap carrier did up right over the wound. So I researched all other types of sling and settled on the Maya LP. Couldn't be happier! Baby loved it! nd more convenient to get a baby in and out of. Would recommend this to anyone! *Shoulder padding makes it comfortable with a toddler, even when using it for a long time. Fantastic for hip carrying a toddler!
I love, love, love this sling for hip carrying toddlers! I have used it most when being pregnant and still needing to carry a toddler around. I find other carriers too uncomfortable to use during pregnancy as they do up around the waist (Ergo, mei tai's) but this is great, child's legs wrap around my belly perfectly and the padded shoulder makes it comfortable.
Comfortable, inexpensive, easy to use!
I don't really have any 'cons'

This is a great sling. The rings are well made and safe. The fabric is very supportive. The shoulder is unique and very comfortable - the padding makes carrying comfortable without being restrictive. these come in great colours and wash really well. the fabric is cool, breathes well. Very easy to adjust. So many different positions you can wear baby in - there is sure to be one that suits you both.
really comfortable for a ring sling. wonderful designs and a great fabric to wear. the padded shoulder is genious
nothing! If you take the time to learn this properly it is a great carrier

Excellent
I absolutely love my Maya Sling!. My 2nd child was really refluxy so having him upright has been a lifesaver. I love the closeness of having on me when we are out and having his little head right under my chin while he is sleeping. I also dont need a double pram because i put my toddler in the stroller and have baby in sling I have tried one other sling and prefer the Maya because the fabric moves through the rings so smoothly. over you back and shoulder properly you should not get any pain at all. So many pros! The fabric is beautifully breathable and it moves through the rings like butter, so easy to adjust and really sturdy none once you know how to use them properly (oh maybe price but it is worth spending the bit extra)

Excellent
This sling is very easy to use and put your baby in it. Being in a sling has calmed my baby like magic and given me a whole new lease on life! I can do so many things and don't feel like I'm sacrificing time with my little one because I know she's with me, snuggled up happy and safe. I am still using it even though she is nearly six months old because it settles her so well. If you have a fussy baby, I highly recommend you buy a sling! Maya Wrap has lovely fabrics that are dyed with non-toxic dyes.
