Very good! But the strip went off the rail
I used to love my Ergobaby four position 360 Mesh, but one day I was adjusting it in my back and
the strip went off the rail, and I cant put it back. (I bought it in the USA, I dont have the purchase ticket and in my country they dont want to fix it) so I cant use it any more!
So sad..
Purchased in February 2021.

Need it everyday!
I have used this for both my babies. I’ve used it a lot more for the second one and couldn’t live without it. The insert is great for newborns, then I just used the bum pillow from the insert until he was big enough for no insert. It’s easy to put on and adjust once you get the hang of it. I haven’t really used it on my back. After 2 years of solid use the only wear and tear is a bit of fraying on the fabric that covers the back straps where the adjustable strap slides up and down. Doesn’t affect the usage though.
Purchased in November 2021 for $180.00.

The ergonomic carrier
The Ergo 360 carrier meets all of my baby needs from birth. The carrier is high quality and sturdy. I used a second hand one and it went through the wash countless times and still looks brand new. I used it with my baby facing me at the front, facing away at the front, and then a rear carry. It takes a couple of practice runs to get the hang of putting it on and getting the adjustment right. I'd highly recommend new users go to a kangatraining session where the instructor will be able to adjust it correctly. If it's not comfortable it's probabl...Read more
y not set up right. I wore it to weekly kangatraining sessions, shopping, fishing and did a 5km fun run in it. It's particularly good in the early months to settle bub and brilliant for a refluxy baby that isn't comfortable lying down. There's a newborn insert available for smaller babies.Similar opinion? Comfortable and easy to use
Loved this carrier. It was very comfortable and simple to use. Bub loved it also. No complaints at all. Great quality. The only thing I wished it has would be a pocket on the front to fit phone/keys! But I didnt find a lady on Etsy who made these.

A must have for new parents
We originally bought this when pregnant with our first child on the recommendation of a friend, and by the time he was 1 we couldn’t live without it.
He was never really a fan of the pram or inward facing carriers, preferring to be up high and watching all of the action, so as soon as we could put him forward facing we wore him nearly everywhere. We loved the freedom it afforded us in being able to quickly navigate through crowds and shopping centres, being able to walk at our normal pace when out and about, and keeping handsy strangers at ...Read more
bay! It sometimes felt a bit bulkier than other carriers, but he always felt 100% secure and had enough height and freedom to move when he needed to. I would have loved a pocket in it somewhere to store my keys and a card when ducking out for quick trips, as it could get cumbersome wearing this and a purse, but overall a great product.Similar opinion? It’s the best baby carrier I’ve used
I love my ergobaby 360 carrier. I’ve had it for many years and have used it for two babies. It’s the best carrier I’ve used compared to a baby bjorn and a regular sling. Even though the infant insert is annoying, I’d happily buy this carrier again if I had the option - purely based on comfort for me and my baby.
The good stuff: easy to use once you get the hang of it, my baby looks comfy and likes it better than the pram, the big waist strap makes gentler on my back compared to other carriers, cotton means the material is breathable.
The ...Read more
bad stuff: nothing serious really, the infant insert is annoying but absolutely necessary for this model - at least until bubba is 4 months old. If you can afford it, I’d say opt for the ergobaby omni 360 which doesn’t need an insert.1 comment

Very comfortable but tricky to put on with newborn and toddler.
Very comfortable baby carrier. Excellent for forward or inward facing position. Too many steps for putting it on, tricky with newborn and toddler. Good value for the price. Very popular carrier. Machine washable. Great for keeping your hands free for shopping or doing jobs around the house. Very happy with our purchase.

Horrible design for hip wearing.
So frustrating as the shoulder strap constantly digs in the side of my neck while hip wearing even after the staff fitted me with it. Taking it back for a refund or swap for a better one. Very stiff material that makes it very uncomfortable to wear for longer than a few minutes.

You can’t go past an Ergobaby! This carrier has been an absolute blessing for the past 3 months, I have used it everyday! It’s easy to use, my baby feels secure and I don’t have any back pain after use. I feel so confident with baby in the carrier and can get so much done with 2 free hands. I can’t recommend this carrier more - if you want free hands and a happy, settled baby then you can’t go past an Ergobaby!

Love it but the rail material tore off the rails after just 1.5 months
A friend purchased an Ergobaby 360 Cool Air for us as a gift and we absolutely love it. It fits both my partner and myself well and our baby loves being in it. After only 1.5 months of using it sparingly, the material that covers the rails that the back/shoulder buckle strap runs up and down (that you adjust up and down depending on fit) came loose. Since then, the rail is in parts bare, on both sides! I'm still using it but it doesn't fit as comfortably anymore obviously, which is so disappointing. Can't afford getting another one and probably wouldn't buy another one as I'd be afraid it'd happen again and my friend lost the receipt and bought it in Brisbane and I live in Sydney so can't see if it comes under warranty.

Good but not without flaws
I have a love hate relationship with this carrier. This carrier definitely saved my arms from being sore on many occasions as my baby only wants to be carried to sleep. However, I have had a lot of frustrated moments with this carrier before finding the right setting. The back strap (near the neck) can be very hard to reach but gets easier with practice. I find it easier to strap on the carrier when I’m sitting instead of standing to help take some of the weight off. I can’t quite say how well it compares with other carriers as it’s the only one I’ve tried but sure hope there’s a better one out there.

ve had some issues in working out the best way to deal with the back strap though. We do have a very helpful hint when reaching over to undo the back clip - the trick is to ensure you let out as much of the shoulder strap webbing as possible. The more webbing you release, the further the clip will slide upwards which means that you should never need to reach further than the side of your neck to undo the clip. If you let out enough of the webbing, it will slide up to your neck and be really easy to reach. When we show this method to mums and dads they are so grateful and we receive fantastic feedback. Try that and see how you go. It should make things a lot easier for you. Alternatively, you can release the webbing all the way out and then pull it over your head (like a t-shirt). Some people find this an easy method when putting the carrier on as well.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Horrible design
We've purchased an omni 360 and an easy snug infant insert for our second child. So, this is not the first time we are using a baby carrier.
We had an old style baby bjorn for our first child which worked brilliantly. However, it is since not recommended to use those old style carriers. Hence we needed a new one. After careful research and reading very good reviews about ergobaby we thought that we couldn't go wrong. However, we were terribly wrong!

eing easy to use so it's always concerning when we hear otherwise from consumers. The one thing that does stand out in your review is that you mention you purchased an Omni 360 and an Easy Snug Infant Insert. If this is the case, we need to advise that the Omni 360 doesn't require an infant insert and therefore using it with an Easy Snug insert will make it very difficult to use given the design of the carrier. The way the body of the Omni 360 carrier sits does not support an Infant Insert. This will create issues for you when trying to fit it with bub. Our suggestion would be to try using the carrier again but this time without the insert. This should create a much more successful outcome for you.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Comfortable to use, but hard to teach others to use it
The carrier is really comfortable once on and baby seems to happy in it. Really nice as I can go about and do my things and baby feels close and sometimes even sleeps. However, it did take a bit of practice to put this carrier on with ease. Hubby wanted to try it on a day out, he got really annoyed trying to put it on. It wasn't an issue once i shown him how to do it correctly.

Poor design means product is ruined with only 2 months use
Material covering the "rails" that the shoulder fastener runs up and down is torn to shreds meaning rails are now bare and wearing out. The carrier is bulky and doesn't sit properly on shoulders no matter how you adjust it. The waist band digs in and doesn't sit flush at the front.

f in store at all? The reason I ask is that our carriers can be adjusted to fit an array of different body types, shapes and can be adjusted to an individual's own comfort level. I would highly recommend going back to the store where you purchased your carrier and asking the staff for a fitting. Most stores that we supply have staff who are trained and can assist you in this area. The waist band shouldn't dig in and it should sit flush at the front. This alone is an indication that it needs to be re-adjusted and can be easily rectified by having the carrier fitted correctly. In regard to the issue of the shoulder rails being torn, this should definitely not be happening. We see carriers that have had 3 - 4 years of use without a mark or tear in this area. If this has happened to your carrier, this would be a warranty issue. This is extremely unusual and again my suggestion would be to take it back to the store where your purchased your product so that a claim can be arranged.Similar opinion? Good, but has some flaws
I got the 360 Cool Air after using the Ergobaby Performance for 8 months as my son kept trying to turn around in the carrier to see what was going on. I LOVED the Performance, and it was my #1 baby buy. Unfortunately, the 360 just isn't as good. First of all, it's not anywhere near as comfortable as the Performance, the waist band digs into me all the time, and I've adjusted it as best as I could. It's a stiffer material and is uncomfortable for long periods. Secondly, baby's arms just stick out the sides behind the shoulder straps rather awkwa...Read more

Now you might notice the complaints I have are all compared to the Performance - otherwise it is a very good product. It's just not the best Ergobaby carrier there is.1 comment

finitely a great carrier so we are glad to hear that you had a great experience with that one. The 360 Cool Air model is not as streamlined as the Performance carrier but this is owing to the carrier being designed to allow for baby to face forward. In order to do this in an ergonomic and safe way, you would notice a significant difference in the design. Unfortunately when designing products for a specific purpose there is always give and take in the way they come together. The up side of the new 360 Cool Air is that bub is able to face forward however that does mean the design is a little bulkier then the Performance carrier that you are used to using. We hope that this doesn't take away too much from the carrier being useful for you. In regard to your baby's arms sticking out to the side, the carrier is designed that bub's hands can sit over the top of the carrier. If bub is not quite at the height for this to be comfortable just yet, you have two options. Firstly, you could wait just a little longer until bub has grown taller and can sit comfortably facing forward with arms over the top of the front of the carrier OR you could try using the cushion from the infant insert to boost him up a little (this could make all the difference for his comfort until he grows a little taller).Similar opinion? Why the Velcro?
I had an Ergo in 2011 with my second born and I loved it. 5 Year’s later I was very keen to have one for my 3rd baby. I purchased the 360 and while it does function like my previous one- and the newborn insert was great- why the Velcro? I walk him around to get him to sleep and when I put him down in his cot from the Ergo- I have to leave to another room and shut that door so that I can take it off without waking the baby. The old one with the clip was perfect. Why change a good thing? Functionality is great. However, not a fan of the Velcro. Too loud to take off when I’m trying to be quiete with bub.

Hi Sarah, are you folding down the bit at the front? You know, the section that supports his neck when he is sleeping whilst facing you? That’s the only thing I can think of - I recommend you take a peek at the ergo baby videos, they helped me heaps when I was starting out too.
Hi, thank you for responding! yes we have folded it down, I looked on the website and the models have some of their mouths slightly covered too. He might just need to get a bit bigger. Thanks you!

I recently bought the ergo baby omni 360. When I have my baby inward facing, one of the 'sliders' moves slightly - one side seems to click into place but the other side doesn't. Is this a defect or is it something I'm doing wrong?

Hi. If you could please email us at [email protected] we will be able to look at the best way to proceed with this enquiry.
Thank you so much. Jenna.
Hi. I don’t have the Omni model, my carrier is the regular 360 and it has buttons instead of sliders. You’d best contact ergobaby for further support and advice.
Thanks, yes I took it back to Baby Bunting and they phoned Ergobaby for me and left my details with them. Juat waiting for someone to phone me.
I'm pretty sure it's faulty as one of the sliders seems to lock in but the other one doesn't. Perhaps they should have stuck with the old design - sliders may be a bit easier than buttons but not sure how well the sliders will last (especially if one of them is loose from new!)
