Sanity returned (temporarily)
Excellent carrier, I a grandmother and have found this carrier an indespensible tool to assist in easing the crankyies and being able to get dinner cooked along with other chores as well as using public transport. It is very straight forward to use, my slightly arthritic hands have no problem negotiating the fastenings. I can use it independently and have been able to use it with the children from birth to 3 years. It washes well and I would recommend it to new parents and grand parents. It is a bit pricey, however cost and value are 2 very different things!

Nice carrier but poor quality fabric
This was brought brand new and, I have now been using this for less than 4 months and the black fabric has faded terribly. This has not been used in summer so is quite surprising
I feel quite embarrassed using this and wish I had paid more for a more reputable brand

An average carrier
We forked out for the 360 after using the Ergo wrap for several months with our daughter. My husband and I both loved the wrap and so did our daughter, so it was a sad day when we decided that we needed to move on to something else as she was becoming too mobile for a stretchy wrap.
The attendant at the shop showed us how to fit the 360 correctly. I have double-checked online to confirm that we are using the carrier correctly. We have persisted as we both like to give things a good go, but neither of us enjoy wearing it. Front or back ca...Read more
rry, the results are the same - the straps are uncomfortable and leave our backs and shoulders aching after a short time, even though we are both physically strong people. My husband dislikes it so much that I have come home from work several times to find him with our now 13 month old in the old wrap as he prepares dinner. I carry our daughter on my hip rather than bother with the 360. For us, the 360 has been a waste of money. It looks good, but that's about it. I have purchased a woven wrap after my husband lamented not using a wrap anymore. I'd rather spend a bit more time fiddling with tying something that is comfortable to wear for a long period than bother with the 360 again.1 comment

inding our 360 carrier uncomfortable as the comfort of an Ergobaby is usually the reason for purchase. Shoulder and back pain is usually an indication that the straps could be moved to a different position which will improve your comfort level. My suggestion would be to try adjusting the straps to see if this alleviates the pain you are feeling. You definitey shouldn't be feeling any pressure, pulling or tension with an Ergobaby carrier. If re-adjusting the straps doesn't work for you, please feel free to put in a phone call to our customer care team. We would be happy to discuss fitting with you. Sometimes all it takes it a simple fix which will allow you to make full use of your carrier again.

Comfortable and supportive carrier
My husband and I bought this as he didn't like the stretchy wrap carrier which we had (he felt baby wasn't secure), it has been a great purchase. It's easy to adjust and super comfortable for my 195cm husband and myself (170cm), and baby feels secure in it and he loves to sleep in it.
We have the Cool Air version and used it with the Performance infant insert. Just a note that this is still too hot for the Australian summer and if I have another summer baby, I would think about the Ergobaby Adapt or another carrier which doesn't require an infant insert. Otherwise highly recommended.

Great product
I purchased this carrier with newborn insert as I really love the convenience of a carrier. I haven't used it many times yet but there was one time when I put it on in a really perfect position and my baby and I were both so comfortable that she slept in there for over two hours. I wish there was an Ergo store that I could attend so they could show me exactly how to adjust it for my baby and I.

Decent carrier
Bought this before my son was born. I have used it only few times since his birth. I have the Cool Air version. It is relatively cool on the days I've been out on walks, easy to put on, and requires no further adjusting while I'm on the move. Keeps baby secure. He was free to move his head around without my support.
However I haven't enjoyed feel of the mesh on my skin. My skin is sensitive and now breastfeeding I only ever wear cotton. I should have thought ahead opted for the cotton and just deal with the extra heat. It was slightly uncom...Read more
fortable where the straps came under my arm. I found it a bit awkward to use at times because as a fresh newborn he would constantly stand up in it when he was crying! (With the infant insert and feet sitting on the bigger hip rest in M squat). At the moment he sits too awkwardly with and without the insert, so I will give this a try again when his legs grow another 5 to 10 cm.1 comment

Excellent baby carrier
Like all soon to be parents we researched what baby device to carry our little girl in. All the reviews where very conflicting and did little to point us towards one, with 2 major brands leading the market. We were unable to choose until we tried them on.
I thought I was strong before purchasing the ergobaby 360 but little did I realise. When I strapped this harness to my chest I felt an intense feeling flowing through my muscles. I swear I could have doubled my maximum bench rep at the gym. My arms looked twice their normal size.

Uncomfortable
I purchased this carrier so that I could forward face my 6 month old. I have previously used a Tula which was very comfortable, however my son prefers to forward face so I got a 360 Coolair.
I'm finding the ergo extremely uncomfortable. After using it for 30 minutes my lower back and shoulders are sore, a problem I never had with the Tula. My husband can't stand to wear it because it is physically painful due to a shoulder replacement.
My son enjoys being it, though does get quite hot in it. If your child runs hot I would definitely recommend the Coolair, because I'd hate to think how hot he would get it the regular 360.

this review. All our carriers fit people differently - everyone has their own "sweet spot" which they find after a few wears. In our experience, if people are finding the carrier uncomfortable it can often be rectified by re-positioning the shoulder straps and back strap. We are happy to help any Ergobaby customers use their carrier comfortably. You are more than welcome to phone Babes In Arms on 1300 725 276 and we can arrange one of our fitting experts to talk to you. An absolute must-buy
Purchasing the Ergo360 carrier was the best decision I ever made.
We previously carried bub in a soft sling wrap until he was 4 months old but decided on the Ergo360 after hearing our friends rave about theirs.
My son is now 7 months and loves being in the carrier as he can face the world and continue taking in everything around him. It allows me to get my groceries done, go on walks, outings to the shops etc
The carrier feels extremely safe and is very supportive without hurting your back. The carrier is easy to wash (as it will get covered in Baby spew, milk, food etc)
I can't recommend this type of carrier enough

Love it!
I don't have a great back after many years or falling off horses as a youth and then working with young children and years of lifting them. I found it hard to wear a baby carrier that didn't make my back and shoulders hurt until I tried an ergo carrier.... It's amazing, so comfortable and supportive. I have no trouble wearing this in multiple positions with both my small baby and my toddler.

Awesome carrier- super comfy
Very comfy carrier. Easy to switch from inward to outward facing. Easy to breastfeed in. Easy to wash. My only complaint is it doesn't have a carry pouch in it like the regular ergo - that would be helpful if it had one. Not too hot either, and I did spend a summer wearing it in Australia.

My husband and I can both wear the Ergo 360 comfortably. It's a bit tricky to put it on and take it off but with a bit of practice, it's quite simple to use. Bubs is also comfortable in it, when awake or alseep. It is great for mums who have to do grocery shopping on their own

The Ergo 360 has been brilliant, it's quick to put on, doesn't hurt your back and it's comfortable. Having a newborn and a toddler I can wear my newborn and still carry my toddler on my hip. It suits our busy lifestyle and I'm glad that I bought it. Breastfeeding is easy also while wearing the baby.

Comfortable to wear and very supportive for Bub
My husband and I are very happy with our Ergobaby 360. It is comfortable to wear and safe and supportive for Bub. I like that it is good for healthy hip development, as this was an important factor for us when purchasing a carrier. I also liked the infant insert, as it makes the product suitable for a greater age range as it could be easily removed as Bub grew

I love the Ergo 360 baby carrier. It is easy use and comfortable. My 6 week old boy fits in comfortably with the infant insert. He loves being it and will quite happily fall asleep whilst in it. I love the ajustability of it. Great value for money. I am looking forward to using my little man in the other positions when he is older.

Love this carrier!
I love, love, love this carrier as does my son. Easy to use and easily adjustable for different people. My husband and I can both comfortably use the carrier. I swear there's sleepy dust sewn in as my son nearly always falls asleep in it. Used from 2 weeks with the infant insert and am now using it without the insert at 5.5 months. Would love a little pocket for keys and phone on walks.

I dont like it
I didnt like the baby insert, it didnt feel safe when babies are so tiny when newborn. My son is 5 months and i am inly trying ti use it again now as he can face forward but it is very annoying that it comes up to his nose and even when facing inward he doest like to feel stuck. The other main thing is that the carrier doest allow for the babies to move their arms forward because their shoulders are not free. Finally, I dont like how the seat is with the buttons you need to change each time to want to change position. Disapointed because i want...Read more

Good Support and Can use up to Toddler Age
I found this carrier much better than Baby Bjorn because it doesn't put a strain on my back and I can use it up until toddler age. We used it to put my daughter to sleep on the plane when nothing else works, it just settles her. If you want to use it from birth get the version with the baby insert. Only negative is it's not as easy to put on as the Baby Bjorn.

Hi I am looking for a baby carrier and have been putting off getting the ergo 360 Omni mesh coz of the price. I have borrowed my friends Tula and daughter doesn’t like it I bought a Lille baby and it’s too chunky for me and it’s too big for my frame around my waist ... just wondering if the ergo 360 Omni mesh is worth it and will fit a body with small frame.

Hi Sarah, are you folding down the bit at the front? You know, the section that supports his neck when he is sleeping whilst facing you? That’s the only thing I can think of - I recommend you take a peek at the ergo baby videos, they helped me heaps when I was starting out too.
Hi, thank you for responding! yes we have folded it down, I looked on the website and the models have some of their mouths slightly covered too. He might just need to get a bit bigger. Thanks you!

I recently bought the ergo baby omni 360. When I have my baby inward facing, one of the 'sliders' moves slightly - one side seems to click into place but the other side doesn't. Is this a defect or is it something I'm doing wrong?

Hi. If you could please email us at [email protected] we will be able to look at the best way to proceed with this enquiry.
Thank you so much. Jenna.
Hi. I don’t have the Omni model, my carrier is the regular 360 and it has buttons instead of sliders. You’d best contact ergobaby for further support and advice.
Thanks, yes I took it back to Baby Bunting and they phoned Ergobaby for me and left my details with them. Juat waiting for someone to phone me.
I'm pretty sure it's faulty as one of the sliders seems to lock in but the other one doesn't. Perhaps they should have stuck with the old design - sliders may be a bit easier than buttons but not sure how well the sliders will last (especially if one of them is loose from new!)
