Love love love it! So comfortable. Doesn't hurt my back like all others.
Finally!!! I've found a carrier that is both comfortable for both me and my babies! Actually couldn't live without it. I like that the back support is Velcro and quite wide so I get next to no pain when carrying which was a big surprise for me as every other carrier I've used including the ergo performance has been painful. I wish I had have bought it sooner. Strongly recommended.

I love this carrier!
I have tried other carriers from the major competitors and they do not even come close to this one. This carrier is SO easy to use and is super comfy. I can hardly feel the weight of my child in it as the weight is distributed so well. The forward facing option is great and super supportive for my child. Love love love this product!

Love this!
I have the original ergo and bought the 360 when it came out as my son was too curious to remain facing inwards. He loved facing out and was happy staying in that position for as long as I needed him to. We took it on holidays with us when he was 12 months old and he alternated between outwards facing when he was awake and inwards facing when it was nap time. I walked around with him for hours every day with no back or shoulder pain (and he's 11kg!). Love both the original and 360 but if you have a curious bub, go with the 360.

Original Ergo is better
NB: I do love the original Ergo carrier...The waist strap is different on the 360. It's thinner and less supportive. It's Velcro and it rides up when wearing it which puts pressure on the shoulders. No matter how tight I do the strap it won't stay in the one spot. It's difficult to put on due to the strap riding up and added pressure on shoulders when baby is it in. Not comfy to wear.
I'm very dissapointed as I'm usually an Ergo fan. Also quiet $$$$
I wouldn't recommend this product

Nap time
My eleven-week-old fights daytime-napping so we need to go for a walk in the morning. This carrier is great for relaxing my very alert baby who likes to look at everything all the time. We tried a few others; the Snugli was too much weight on my shoulders and he kind of just dangled; the bubba moe was good but he is not diggin the sling position; and the hug a Bub was too much of a pain in the butt to put on and take off. This carrier is very secure, so you have two hands free to do fun stuff like washing and vacumning. I like the colour too, we got the green one. It is made well and the fabric is nice ... The sub shade is great, so you don't need to take a hat (for kiddo).

Good option for forward facing
We did a trial run with this carrier. My dd just didn't like it and it wasnt as supportive as the baby bjorn one mesh, which we ended up getting.
The materials are lovely though and much nicer to the touch than the baby bjorn. I really wanted to get this carrier I just wish my dd had agreed with me!

Extremely comfortable!
I've tried several different carriers. The Hugabub was great, but inconvenient on outings. The Baby Bjorn was easy to get in and out of but hurt my shoulders and upper back. I finally tried the Ergobaby on the recommendation of another mum - why a difference! It's a bit harder to put on than the Baby Bjorn, but gets easier after practice. Extremely comfortable as the baby's weight is distributed across the hips, not the shoulders. The carrier comes with a little hood, handy for getting bub to sleep (he doesn't sleep if there are interesting sur...Read more
roundings to look at). Bub's legs don't dangle right in front of my thighs like they do in the Baby Bjorn, which makes it much easier for me to walk up stairs/ hills without his feet hitting my legs with every step. The 360 is also designed for outward-facing front carrying, which I'm looking forward to doing when bub's a bit older! I love being able to have my hands free without worrying about back pain! Comfortable, practical, perfect for taking baby on walks or keeping my hands free Expensive2 comments

Hi I am looking for a baby carrier and have been putting off getting the ergo 360 Omni mesh coz of the price. I have borrowed my friends Tula and daughter doesn’t like it I bought a Lille baby and it’s too chunky for me and it’s too big for my frame around my waist ... just wondering if the ergo 360 Omni mesh is worth it and will fit a body with small frame.

Hi, both my baby and I love this product. I’m 152cm and am a size 12 and I feel as though it fits us fine. Maybe consider going and trying one on before you purchase - that’s what I did.

Hi,
I was just wondering why my sons mouth is covered every time I face him forward in his carrier he is 7 months and still has his mouth cover every time. Am I doing something wrong that you know of?
Thank you

Hi Sarah, are you folding down the bit at the front? You know, the section that supports his neck when he is sleeping whilst facing you? That’s the only thing I can think of - I recommend you take a peek at the ergo baby videos, they helped me heaps when I was starting out too.
Hi, thank you for responding! yes we have folded it down, I looked on the website and the models have some of their mouths slightly covered too. He might just need to get a bit bigger. Thanks you!

I recently bought the ergo baby omni 360. When I have my baby inward facing, one of the 'sliders' moves slightly - one side seems to click into place but the other side doesn't. Is this a defect or is it something I'm doing wrong?

Thank you so much. Jenna.
Hi. I don’t have the Omni model, my carrier is the regular 360 and it has buttons instead of sliders. You’d best contact ergobaby for further support and advice.
Thanks, yes I took it back to Baby Bunting and they phoned Ergobaby for me and left my details with them. Juat waiting for someone to phone me.
I'm pretty sure it's faulty as one of the sliders seems to lock in but the other one doesn't. Perhaps they should have stuck with the old design - sliders may be a bit easier than buttons but not sure how well the sliders will last (especially if one of them is loose from new!)

Hi Tracy,
it nice and tight to distribute bub's weight comfortably. I wrap the waistband up nice and high around my waist (my 'narrowest' point) and then shimmy it down to the top of my hips till it's nice and snug (and has the added benefit of sucking in my muffin-top). I hope that helps!Thank you for your review. You are correct in your observation that the Velcro waistband of the 360 Carrier is different to the original waist strap. I have a little trick that I use to get ... Read more
