Great car
I really enjoy driving this car. Performance from 2.5 litre engine is perfect and handles really well. Economical for a large engine. Really hate the fact that Mazda refuses to provide an update to MZD connect for Android auto and Apple play. Running costs are reasonable, service costs Could be lower

Awesome car
Purchased this car in July 2017 and I absolutely love it. I love all the modern features that come with the car and find it beautiful and smooth to drive. This has been an absolutely fantastic car so far and I would recommend it to anybody looking to buy a new car.

Meets expectations
Researched cars for 3 months as l was living in Bali and waiting to relocate my family at xmas. I had plenty of free time to do this so also researched car dealers. Wow there are some realy dodgy dealerships, l expect it from used but new cars are no different. I’m so glad l went with my instincts and listened to Australia whirlpool forums, there are alot of good cars out there, what l wanted was a good reliable motor and gearbox, wasn’t realy fussed with bells and whistles.l wanted a car that was reliable, fun, inexpensive, practical and ni...Read more
ce looking. What l came up with was mazda 3 sp25 manual. I picked manual as l like to drive a car totally, work wise lm 7 minutes, so l like to have some fun in free time surfing and drive my car ( plus baby and wife ) l considered the Hyundai i30 sr but as l wanted a car for at least 10-15 years the turbo turned me off, l dont need it and don’t want to pay out after possibly 100,000 klms or less, l had a bit of a laugh when people refuse to buy a car because it hasn’t got apple auto lol ? What do you want a car or a computer omg, l will take a proven reliable car over a 7 year warranty ( good luck with your claim ) anyday, bells and whistles are standard features these days. I wanted a car not a swiss army watch so l chose sp25 which is such a great car and has all the bells and whistles you need, thank you mazdaSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Absolutely love.
I absolutely love my mazda 3 it is such a reliable car. I have never had a problem with it as a car. Mines a 6 gear manual and it zooms. Its so spacious for such a little car and its ny far the best car ive owned. The only problem i dont like is the dash. I use a sun viser but the dash still melts from the heatt and has gone all sticky. Other than that i give this car a 10/10.

Manual Mazda 3 SP25 ASTINA
Guys please be careful if you buy the manual Mazda SP25 Astina, I got a brand new one last year and I was not happy with the transmission. Changing gears NOT smooth as a new car should be. To make matters worse, on the 3rd gear, the shifter vibrates heavily when I accelerate and you can hear the vibration which ruins the whole driving experience. Mazda confirms this is normal. I will get something in writing from them soon telling me this is normal, but they have confirmed on the phone that this vibration is normal for this car. Had I known this before buying the car I would have though twice as even though Mazda says this is normal, I do not have confidence in their answer.

Love it other than seat issues and night time reversing camera.
So easy to drive. Front seats comfortable other than the headrests which must be suited to someone over 6ft. Pushes my head forward even though I have the seat partially reclined. Love all the safety features though it took a while to get used to the different sounds of each warning. Had problems with original Sat Nav - never worked from when we first drove out of the showroom and took some 4weeks before they would look at - said they fixed but we had drove only 200 metres and it was obvious it didn’t work - then another few weeks for replaceme...Read more
nt unit to be fitted. No problems since. Disappointing that the top of the range does not have front sensors or electronic seat adjustment for front passenger. Reversing camera at night has a lot of reflection and can be difficult to see but daytime it is very clear. Overall we are happy with our purchase and feel very safe in this vehicleSimilar opinion? Impressive 2017 Mazda 3 SP25 Astina hatch
This is our first Mazda. I am impressed with the quality of the finish and the value for money, having purchased it on 'M' day, Sepetmber 2017. The handling is particularly impressive, whilst the lane-assist has been very usefull. I like using the fuel meter and usage display which helps to keep fuel economy at a impressive level. Performance seems good and I have had no issues with going up steep hills. With the cold weather the heated front seats are excellent whilst as the weather has started to warm up the aircon seems to be more than up to...Read more
the task. Whilst life in the back seat can seem a bit tight no adult that has been in the back seat has complained about lack of comfort or leg room. Although it is still a very new car I am very happy with our purchase and have not had any issues with it.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

LOVELY
We have a hatch Sp-25 and it drives great, easy controls great additional functions for safer driving... Having a family of 6 it's a great car. Prefer the sedan shape but for practicality the hatch is better. My parent's are middle aged and dad is very much FOR practicality over looks.
Recommend this car highly (SO FAR), no complications as yet.

Great car
Really smoothie drive and excellent fuel economy.
Only comparable car would be Hyundai i30 SR and it is more expensive.
Highly recommend - quite responsive and has excellent media features, great speakers and really good attention to detail on the interior.
Would definitely buy another one when this one eventually dies.

Good Little Unit.
The Mazda 3 NEO is a good little unit. It handles well and provides a comfortable drive.
It comes with all the standard features as well as city crash avoidance and rear sensors.
The red paint work is metallic and the cabin is well designed.
There are three things that do need improvement however.
The cabin is noisy as road noise is noticeable.

Great car!
Great car! One of the best looking small/medium cars in the market now. The car has good power and is very fuel efficient for the size of the engine. My only issues are that I find the istop function annoying because the starting of the engine after it is cut once you stop is very noticeable. I also find the cabin noise a little loud compared to other cars.

Mazda 3 Touring got a kick with 2L engine . It accerates so quickly when you step slightly on the accelerator. The exterior is very stylish, it almost look like sports car, and with a colour that is almost metallic red( soul red) and with silver trims, its a head turner. The interior got lots of leg room, boot is so spacious The leather interior gave me a feeling of lux...petrol wise, it is so economical with their new tech "I Stop"and best of all its got a lot of safety features. e. I love it. The electronic panel will not operate if you touch it during driving. This is really an excellent safety feature The negative- It is bit noisy in the cabin, seat is bit low for me, and because the bonnet design is going down in front, I cant see properly when im parking forward.; GPS sometime will not work, and I feel it is a bit complex to operate, so many buttonsSimilar opinion? Good value, stylish small car
A good looking car, especially the leather interior. It's a smooth ride and the joystick/wheel for the infotainment in the centre console makes it easy to control music, navigation and options. The SP25 GT has the same engine as the Mazda 6, so it has a bit of grunt for what it is, only downside it affects the economy of the car, I find my driving around Melbourne clocks about 9.1-9.5 litres per 100km, a bit more to what is specified in the brochure. Overall we're happy with purchase.

Great value
Chose the SP25 GT because of positive word of mouth and value for money, compared to competitors. Car seems well-built and I like the included safety features, leather seats, large boot space and compact size. Fuel economy hasn't been as efficient as I expected but is still economical to run.

Great, affordable car with the interior of a european
Have a 2017 Mazda 3, which has been great. It is excellent on the fuel economy, an ease to drive and extremely comfortable for myself and my passengers. It is well equipped with many safety features as standard, and compared to it's competitors was one of the reasons why I chose this car over the camry, i30 and Golf.
Servicing is a tad more on the expensive side however, but does not require services 2x a year compared to other competitors.

Family and I love this car
I have not regretted buying this car once. There are so many safety features such as satellite navigation and reversing camera. There is also an alert whenever a camera is nearby and reminds you when you are speeding. The cost is a decent price. It is not a petrol hungry car and is quite family friendly. The design is great and there are multiple interior assets.
However, this will not be suitable for those who want a stronger engine because Mazda is only 2.0. The car also lacks a CD player which is not much of an issue for me personally because I use my phone. If members of the family have wider frames and are on the larger size, this car would not be recommended as it is not very spacious.

Great all rounder
Picked the Mazda 3 over the Corolla, Civic and i30.
Drive is amazing but the sound insulation is rather poor as I can hear the engine clearly. Interior is amazing with sufficient legroom. Passenger seat is slightly awkward but comfortable nonetheless. Fuel efficiency is aided by the i-stop which takes time to get accustomed to.

Loving it!! Zoom zoom zoom
First time buying a Mazda, definitely a great choice! Stylish little "smart" car. It has a central touchscreen, satellite navigation and reversing camera, and many more safety features!! Interior is quite nice, quite roomy even with a baby seat. Drives quite well and also has keyless entry. But there's no cd player, need to play your music through your phone, which drains my phone battery quite fast.
