Good workmanship, Bad time management
Benji and his team were a lovely group of guys, they completed our job to a decent standard but there was a few issues.
MQBs time management was terrible, our intital start date for our "two day" job was delayed multiple times and was eventually completed 3 weeks later. During this time we had to chase MQB for start times and had to deal with no shows and a total 6 different site visits.
My partner and I would not hire again.
Amazing work from quote to completion
MQB were an absolute delight to deal with, very professional great communication and get the job done I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Ben came to do our fencing for our new home build. We had a few quotes, but Ben was very professional, well presented and his quote was very reasonable. The work was a great quality standard and we have hired him again for do our landscaping! Thanks Ben :)

I had a fence put up at my kindergarten and I must say the quality and service is amazing.
I spoke with Gurmyn on the phone who ran me through the whole process. She made it easy for me to understand as this was my first time organising a new fence. She was very professional and friendly. Customer service 10/10 ⭐️ I met Benjy who quoted me for the job which was priced very fair. The whole process was simple, and low effort on my end as I mentioned I have never dealt with organising a new fence. I will be a returning customer for all my fencey needs and will always recommend Gurmyn and Benjy. I am happy to support a family run business. Good luck with your little one guys! Thanks so much.

I understand your frustration regarding the situation with your deposit. As I have repeatedly said, I believe your money is being held in the ANF bank account of which I do not have access to. I am currently in the process of taking legal action against Themi with the intention of having either ANF wound up and/or all accounts being paid off and closed – including yours. Please understand that this may take some time and I am trying the best I can to have this matter resolved.
In the mean time, I do not appreciate you filing complaints and posting on several online platforms about this matter. For clarity, you are not a customer of Melbourne Quality Building (MQB) and therefore do not have a basis to post any reviews about MQB. Also, it is not an offence to be the director of two companies in the same industry. I understand your frustration and while you have made your point clear, constantly posting negative reviews about me and my new business does not help anyone.
Therefore, I kindly request you to take down/remove your post about MQB. I understand your frustration and while you have made your point clear, please understand that your deposit refund is apart of a legal matter that is being dealt with accordingly through proper legal process.
