We are very pleased with our new pathway and will certainly not hesitate to recommend Grant to anyone needing new landscaping to their gardens. He and Scott did a fantastic job. Our front garden never looked better than it is now.

Highly recommend Grant of Competitive Paving and Landscaping. He removed my old sandstone driveway and laid a recycled brick driveway that is beautiful to look at and a pleasure to use. Grant widened the driveway and suggested a garden bed alongside which makes the front yard look great. His attention to detail and pride of workmanship is still evident one year on. Very happy.

Competitive Paving was found from the Website and we called and arranged for the quote. Grant turned up and inspected the job and gave a good inspection and suggested a few options for our backyard. He sent in a quote and we got his commitment that the job could be done in week. True to his word he turned up on the day and did a very professional job, punctual on time and thorough with his work. The job was completed and he even went beyond his scope of work by fixing the fence and the gate. I found Grants web sight and gave him a call. He arrived a couple of days later to check out the job. His suggestions were helpful and although I had never meet him before he seemed to me to be a genuine guy and really knew what he was talking about. His 26 years of paving and landscaping experience was soon evident when he started to remodel our backyard. We couldn't be happier with the finished product.

We were really happy with the job that Grant and his team did for us - it involved all the hard landscaping for our townhouse courtyard (and our neighbours courtyard as well) - pulling up existing pavers, laying a new concrete slab, tiling the whole space, including stairs into the courtyard, redoing the retaining wall, creating an outdoor utility space area with a gate, as well as an area for a BBQ. They worked hard and the end result was what we wanted. Grant was very open to feedback when things needed changing or fixing during the course of the project - he was incredibly focussed on us being happy with the end result, which I really appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!!!

I did a knock down rebuild and had a block mainly of sand. These guys did a great job, leveling ground and adding solid earth for planting as well as helping design landscape. Work involved, excavation of excess sand, doing driveway, side property boundary stepping stone path with pebbles, sandstone wàll and large patio in travertine french pattern. Lot of time was taking to get levels and angles right with good drainage results and overall look.
