Got home to find the grass cut unevenly! It was 3 inches higher in some spots than others. Had i have been home when it was done, i would not have paid until it was fixed!
Gave the person who was home an excuse about why it couldn't be cut short, then asked if we wanted to book back in for next week.
Customer service was however good, call back was prompt and did it the same day i called up so i can't complain about that.
