Impressed With Service
Concrete Taxi's method of mixing on site is a very effective system. Worked very well. The driver was on site much longer than prescribed but, nevertheless, charged the quoted sum for the half cubic metre. Would certainly use in future. Thank you. Len Hodgson

awesome service for those small slabs
Needed a small amount of concrete ) 0.2Cm in a small limited access back yard. They arrived on time and we attacked the job. Mixed quick into supplied barrows. Driver cleaned up and left everything as it was when he arrived.
Heaps better for small jobs than using bags of concrete. If you can get barrows of concrete to the slab/post hole sites this is the way to go.
Like all concrete jobs just have your preparation ready so you don't waste any time with wet concrete.

Very Handy
Needed 0.5m3 quickly, concrete taxi delivered same day. Lower cost than bagged concrete. Not that economical for large volumes but that's not what they are for. Highly recommend if you need small volumes (less than 1m3) Perfect for carport footings, repair jobs and similar. Turned up on time, friendly and no mess, what more could you want. Will be using again.

Great.
Ordered 2 days prior, turned up on time, mixed on site for my requirements. Good product and beat competitors price in my area by 40 percent. Can't go wrong with concrete taxi.

Rip off
I have used this company for 3-4 years and didn't realise I was getting ripped by [name removed] And [name removed].
I have been working for myself for 20 years and I know how much concrete that I use per job.
They were not giving me the amount of concrete for what I was paying for.
I have recently used another company for the same jobs and the same amount of concrete and I had left over concrete.
I have evidence (pictures) of the barrows that concrete taxi filled and they never filled my barrows over half way.
This is not fair and accept...Read more

Not Satisified
Obtained quote for concrete and a week or so booked delivery and was quoted the same price.
An hour before the delivery time the driver rang me and advised that there would be an additional travel charge of $90.00.
I felt I was over a barrel and had no choice as job ready to pour and labour organised to do job that day so agreed to delivery.
The error was not the drivers fault as quoting and booking of job done at their head office in QLD.
I rang and spoke to the manager at their head office and they admitted they had incorrectly quoted bu...Read more

Great Service
Thanks Wayne, excellent service. It's great when all you need is 'another half a barrow load' & there it is, just mix a little more & the jobs done. On time & on the dollar. Well done.

Fantastic Idea and Great Service
Had a small but tricky concrete slab to pour for a bin enclosure, overall was only 2.4x1.2m but the depth was variable (400mm thick at the thickest to 200mm thick). So I estimated approximately 0.8m3. So by chance I found the Concrete Taxi, first of all booking was easy - I rang up and made a booking less than 24 hours before.
Truck turned up promptly the next morning as booked for a 7.30am start.
The operator Rex was super helpful, he inspected the area, set up the truck in the most convenient location and mixed the precise volume I needed...Read more

Excellent
I used Concrete Taxi to lay around 0.5 m3 of concrete. The guy arrived on time and couldn't have been more helpful. The concrete is delivered at a nice steady rate so the job isn't rushed but still finished far faster than mixing the concrete oneself.
Happy to recommend, now that I have another concreting job to do I'll be using Concrete Taxi again.
Well done guys and happy to recommend

Found it by chance and glad I did
I was in need of concrete for a backyard shed slab and some extra to extend my porch a bit. I figured out how much I required so I then priced around at all the local concrete truck companies that would deliver a pre-mixed load to the site. As I only required about 1 cubic metre, the average cost to supply and deliver was about $600. But with that, I only had about 15 minutes to unload my full premixed load or additional costs would be added on.
By chance, I found the Concrete Taxi franchised business during my search and thought I'd inquire ...Read more

definitely not a good idea to pour concrete in a pit filled with water. the concrete will not set and excess water will ruin and weaken the mix
