I contacted Steve on Wednesday afternoon and got an immediate call asking what the problem was. He explained what the expected price would be and gave an expected time to fix on Thursday. He turned up with his assistant, inspected the problem and had it fixed well within an hour.
He offered a 5 year warranty of the work.
