Jason Windows did an excellent job overall. They were efficient from my original phone call to them to completing the job . The workman, Kris, completed the job quickly and efficiently.

From the initial booking till the completion of job, very professional company. Provided all information, plus more to benefit the customer. During these challenging times in 2020 when some companies are letting customers down, these guys are a standout in customer service.

The review asked questions that customers would find hard to answer, names of receptionist, service man etc. More about the actual quality of the service and product would have been better

Through out my home Jason Windows installed a lot of products. When ever I had an issue they always come out on site to fix the problem.

I called about a brojen lock and after describing the problem i was immediately offered the option to upgrade all the locks in the house that had the potential to fail for one low price, i accepted the upgrade and a service call was booked Awesome service and freindly team...keep up the good.

Very highly rate the customer service. When I had issues installing door hardware a customer service rep came out to my home the same day and fixed it free of charge. I would absolutely recommend Jason Windows.

All of the Jason window frames down one side of our house are disintegrating leaving white residue on our bricks. These frames are 18 years old and all Jason windows can say is that this happens sometimes. I am disgusted that we will have to replace all of our frames. DO NOT use Jason Windows if you are building.

Wonderful to be able to leave the windows open at night knowing no insects or intruders will be joining us. The screens are very unobtrusive and don't spoil the streetscape at all. We have large picture windows so this was a concern.
