Had sliding door handles and locks replaced. The service team where very polite, helpful and easy to deal with as was the technician who done the job which was completed in a professional manner.

Had to have our glass sliding door door handles replaced as the original ones were breaking. On contact we were fully informed on the process and they were replaced in a very professional manner.

Built a new home with Jason windows and we are extremely pleased.

Fixed the problem first time, and repaired the poor repair that the other contractor failed to fix last time. Clearly not easy, especially if you’re not working with the same doors and hardware by the manufacturer. Replaced parts that suit the door makes a difference. Working for the manufacturer of the old door helps.

Always been happy with their friendly service and nothing’s too hard to manage. I like how they send you a heads up about COVID-19 precautions too. Also confirming to when they are coming to service via txt.

Jason Windows technician arrived on time and replaced our troublesome flyscreens plastic clips which were preventing us removing the flyscreens with a small rubber wedge. Now easy to remove the flyscreens and clean the windows

Window screens and security door were fabricated at the factory to exact dimensions, no adjustments required. This is for an 18 year old house with Jason Windows as original specification.
Installation crew were very conscientious about not tracking dirt into the house, and cleaned up the job sites well at completion.
We now have high quality security screens installed with completely hidden fixings, no exposed pop rivets or screws.

Sam replaced the door handle which had broken off. Then upgraded the handle on the other door. He was very polite and finished the job in no time. Would recommend for sure.

I had a slight issue with a handle on one of my Jason windows sliding doors. They came and fixed it in no time and at no cost to me. The service provided by Dale was professional and extremely efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Service techs are always on time and communication is excellent. They call you 15 minutes before they are arriving which is really appreciated as you aren't waiting for hours. Staff are friendly. Great communication in regards to call out arrangements via texts and emails.

Karen the service coordinator was friendly and gave us options for our lock issues. (Previously 2 locksmiths said parts weren’t available anymore). Serviceman Mark fixed our lock professionally (noticing incorrect screws used in the past by a locksmith). Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Jason Windows and will use them again.

I looked around for a stainless steel mesh sliding security door and spoke to a number of installers. Jason seemed to have a better understanding of the job from the beginning. Others were vague about cost. They all gave a minimum price and would only commit to a final price after inspection - they weren't interested in me sending photos photos.

The price I paid to Jason was a bit less than the minimum I was quoted by others - a price which they said would likely increase by $100 if it was being fitted to a Jason Door. Since it was...

New home construction. The builder had made a slight mistake with a frame installation. Jason windows sorted the problem by remaking the sliding window. Installation was done very efficiently. Great job
