Excellent
There are a number of very nice touches that the Mercedes Benz people have built into their cars. They use 'gold' on all their connectors (read it in their blurb) to avoid critical failures due to corrosion of connectors. There are so many more features but I suppose the best of all is it feels right.

Excellent
I've been a fan of Mercedes for a number of years and the (2008) 320CDI Elegance is the 4th Mercedes that I have owned.
It is however the first diesel car that I have owned and I was a little wary of this. My fears were quickly eliminated. This must be one of the best cars they have ever made. The performance is astonishing and the fuel consumption terrific. I recently did a long trip from Newcastle to Albury and had a fuel consumption of 6.3L/100K. For a heavy car with a 3L engine - marvelous.
Just about everything.
I think the only thing is the navigation system. It gives some odd instructions to take certain round a bout exits when there is none and obviously has not been one for years. Apart from that - I love it!
