We scoured reviews, phoned up hotels that had microcloud, listened to friends that checked out mattresses in upmarket hotels. We are happy we went with Microcloud. They were very helpful and the delivery and install service was great. We upgraded from a qs bed to king size total package including mattress, base with drawers, our choice of bedhead and fabric, topper and pillows $4800 so big investment for us. t support and important to me was the ability to sleep right to the edge and no partner movement. We actually haven't slept on the mattress without the mattress topper. The topper is difficult to handle to enable airing without 2 people due to being a king size but we manage to air and shake it a couple of times through the year. We do this as the topper does crush down a little in our sleeping spots giving a ridge in the middle which is understandable and which I like to sleep on this firmness when on my own. We don't find the mattress to be hot which was a big concern for me after a previous latex that I slept hot on. I read many were asking about hips if side sleeper, I'm fine on this medium but Microcloud could give best recommendation which may be moving to the plush for a little more of the touch of luxury. Great base/drawers and love the bedhead. Very helpful company and we will update the next guest bed with them. We have used the pillows since receiving with the bed they fluff up and feel plush.Purchased in February 2021 at MicroCloud for A$2,750.00.

Soft as a cloud yet supportive. Sleeping much better since getting this mattress. No sagging easy to rotate if required. Certainly would purchase again if I needed a new mattress

What a great bed

We now have Luxury every night
We were nervous about buying before trying but we were won over by the reviews and the fact that hotels buy these mattresses. They would do their research as much as anyone else so we trusted in that.
We weren't disappointed... we both feel like we are grown ups now finally in a bed worthy of our daily life efforts.
We bought the king bed and base, robes, pillows, mattress topper and protector... the best thing we ever did! It didn't feel as soft as we thought it might be (as we went for plush medium, rather than just medium) but it's still a super comfortable bed.
I feel a bit of luxury every evening now and I totally deserve it :-)

Holiday house bliss
Bought Microcloud beds and accessories for my 2 houses, Whitelodge holidays, and couldnt be happier. They are exceptionally comfortable, the toppers are amazing and I was very happy with the prices and service. Im about to purchase some more bedding and have recommended them to several friends with confidence.

Love this mattress
After trying mattresses in bedding shops and then checking the reviews which were all terrible we decided to purchase our mattress from microcloud bedding because the reviews were so good. We are so glad we did. The mattress is both supportive and comfortable, and we are both sleeping better than ever. The service was great and we were kept informed at every stage. Delivery service was good and quicker than expected. We are absolutely delighted with our new bed, would definitely purchase from microcloud again, and would happily recommend their products to family and friends.

You'll love it!
I must admit, not being able to inspect the bed or see them in a showroom was a little disconcerting at the beginning and if it wasn't for my friend's recommendation (who is a professional athlete) I may not have gone ahead.
But I'm really glad I did. The bed is just fantastic! I was previously using a Bed for Backs base and mattress and whilst that did serve me well for 10 years, I couldn't be happier with the Microcloud mattress.
