Hi Marg, thank you for your question. There is an element of give in our pillow that allows pressure to be taken off the head and neck. Our pillow is designed to encourage airflow so that overheating doesn't become an issue.

Hi penstar52, thank you for your question. The filling is a unique blend of hi-tech man made fibres that combine soft comfort with excellent head and neck support. The MicroCloud fibre blend is super fine and we use a 100% Japara cotton casing which promotes air-circulation for great temperature regulation. We do not use memory foam in our products as it contributes to overheating, has an odour, can't be washed and is not in line with the comfort expected at luxury hotels.

Good morning Carly, thanks for the question. Our pillows are filled with a unique blend of fibres that are soft to touch but have great shape retention and bounce back.

Like all things, overtime there will be general wear and tear and settling of materials. Some customers replace their pillow every 2 years, but we also get feedback from others who replace after 3+ years. It varies person to person. Similar to a pair of shoes, different people will experience different wear depending on how the product is used, cared for, frequency of use, perspiration during sleep etc.

We encourage plumping/fluffing up after use. You can also cold machine wash and immediately after place in the tumble dryer on warm/hot setting until completely dry. Then rigorously plump up. This helps rejuvenate the pillow.

it seems that the night sweats you refer to are less due to bedding issues and more a biological situation. Having said that, our pillows are very popular and the great majority of our hotel and retail clients seems to find the pillows comfortable for many reasons. One big plus with MicroCloud pillows is that they are encased by pure cotton fabric and they also allow air to circulate freely. This is certainly a benefit.
In your particular case, it seems there is no guarantee that any pillow would be ideally suited to your specific needs especially as you have stated clearly that your current pillow is wet when you wake.

Thank you for your question. The lifespan does depend on frequent or part time use. The MicroCloud pillows have been specifically designed for the rigours of the luxury hotel market, and in many of those hotels, the pillows are still comfort rated highly even after 3 years. To extend the life of the pillows, we do suggest airing outdoors for a min of 3 hours every 4 weeks as this will assist to rejuvenate and refresh too. Always plump up the pillows after use is another helpful tip.

Hi Elflyn, we certainly do not use memory foam in any of our products. This material has a reputation of overheating, containing an unpleasant odour and may sink/flatten easily. Instead, we use a very fine high-tech man made fibre filling designed to provide blissful comfort and superior support for the head, neck and shoulders, with the added benefits of being hypoallergenic, breathable, machine washable and tumble dryable.
