Disappointed with the quality of Miele

published

I do quite like my Miele warming drawer - I struggle to get the timing right on meals and have found it handy to just keep things warm without overcooking them while I finish off the rest of the meal. The disappointing thing is that the stainless steel finish on the drawer has rusted which doesn't impact the function, but certainly impacts the aesthetic. This is just another reason why I am so, so disappointed in Miele. The product does not live up to the promise at all. The warming drawer cost $1800.

Hi there, to uninstall the warming drawer from its niche there are 2 screws located on the side uprights as shown in the operators manual >> installing the appliance section. It is not possible for you to remove the actual warming drawer from the unit, a Miele service technician is required due to the risk of damage or electric shock. Kind regards, Anna.
