Kids love it
A sturdy scooter which is safe & moves the kids keeping them active. The bright colours look great & are attractive to kids. We needed to replace back wheel & brake after 2 years with 1 toddler but it's going strong with the 2nd child. They are well worth the money

Excellent!
We bought it for my 3 years old daughter ! It is the best thing ever. She takes is everywhere with her and loves it. The scooter is just amazing. It is sturdy and well made. Amazing product and highly recommended. After seeing her ride in it I am happy that I didn't but the cheap ones as she is quite 'rough' with it. Thank you.

Cracked & faded
My kids enjoy the Mini Micro Scooter. However the plastic is NOT durable, especially in sunny conditions. Our scooter has totally cracked through in multiple places. Not very good considering the price you pay. You think they'd use a plastic or product that could withstand the sun?

Brilliant! Worth EVERY cent!!
We bought this as a Christmas gift for our 2.5yr old. He turns three this week and it goes EVERYWHERE with him! My husband and I are so impressed with his balance and how quick he's picked up the required skills. Recommend this scooter to all our friends! Love it!

Excellent product
We bought this for our sons 2nd bday. He has been riding for about 3 months now. The scooter is sturdy and well made. We can't believe how fast he goes on it! It's easy to balance on. We want to buy the adult one to keep up with him!! Highly recommend.

Much better than our last scooter
I had bought a $30 scooter and my son would ride past two houses and no more. After recommendations about the Mini Micro I decided to spend the extra money on one (and then on my daughter too). We are now always going to parks or schools where the kids can ride their scooters. They just love it. Easy to carry around, it does have a slight turn which my daughter struggles with but she is only 2.5 yo so she will adjust. Overall very happy with our two purchases of the mini micros.

The plastic on my 3 year old's mini micro scooter cracked as well. It is not left in the sun or rain and always put away as soon as it is not being used. Was disappointed!

best money I have ever spent for my son .
We have taken it all over the world, he has scooted in Paris, London, Hong Kong, USA . About to upgrade as he is now 6 but it still works perfectly . Light weight and been used everyday for 3 yrs and not an issue !

No more tired legs
Fantastic scooter my wee boy isn't very adventurous and he loves his orange mini micro. He gets to school to pick up his big brothers without 'tired' legs and beats them home. His little sister (18 months) already scoots it around the house. So much quieter than so many other scooters out there. Thanks!

NOT HAPPY!!!
We have bought this Scooter for our child's birthday. After 2 months of not even using every day(barely used) the plastic at the front cracked open. I have tried to contact them but there is no answer for almost a week also couldn't upload picture of the scooter to show them how it's broken...my question is how can a 2 year old ride that scooter so it brakes after a little while. I think that for $120 dollars they could make something more strong. I am sure that a lot of people are on a budget but they still want to buy the best so it lasts but common for 2 months. That is ridiculous. Don't know what to do.
Very good
Bad service

Fantastic Product
We heard about the micro scooters from friends and it had lived up to it's reputation. My 2 year old took to it so well, loves riding on it and makes walks much quicker and more fun. Easy to order and delivered quickly, excellent build quality and a fantastic product
Well made, nice design, sturdy, easy to balance on
A bit expensive but seems you get what you pay for

Hours of Fun
After seeing a friend's child with this scooter, I purchased it for my two year old, he absolutely loves it and spends hours scooting around. He is also going down the ramps at the local skate park at 2!! The scooters are so toddler friendly, my 10mth old son has also worked out how to use the scooter (and we have video footage to prove it). I am just about to purchase a second scooter for my sons 1st birthday so no more fights!
Everything, ease of use, safety features!

Awesome!
I wasn't sure when the scooter arrived if it was going to gel with my 2 year old daughter and rand to possibly return it. The awesome sales lady convinced me I wouldn't regret it and she was absolutely right. My daughter does little stunts on hers now and it is her prized possession. We bought one for her older cousin in America for xmas as well because she loved watching video's of Indi we would send over. She is 3 and picked it up very quickly!
Thanks for such a great product!

Amazing scooter!!! A must have...
We bought our active 3 year old a scooter for Christmas and it has been the best thing ever. He is extremely proficient at riding his scooter and it didn't take him long to figure out how to get the most out of his scooter. He can easily steer and it has such a strong and sturdy structure that small bumps in the footpaths are not a problem (I have seen children on more inferior products go straight over the handlebars when they encounter a bump). My son is able to ride his scooter so easily and fast that I am able to run next to him! This is gr...Read more

s 'stunts' on his scooter (lifting one leg in the air). These micro scooters are simply amazing. At this same Christmas relatives were given a popular two wheel scooter. We all went for a stroll that afternoon. The kids with the two wheel scooters fell off repeatedly and cried and cried. Our two boys sped along like seasoned professionals. Best value for money- best toy ever. Ours are used daily, accidentally left in the rain, thrown in the back of the car, taken camping, scootered through grass and gravel roads and they are still fabulous. Great scooter, recommended
Bought this for our 2 year old for her birthday. She's been eyeing off her older sister's for a while (same product - she's 4 and she still loves it) so we thought she was ready. It will take her a while to get the hang of how to steer, otherwise all good.
Sturdy, well made, relatively light

Great product!
Great scooter! I purchase it for my 2 year old and she's picked it up really well. I like that there's no turning of handle to steer. She's learning balance and speed gradually - great product and would definitely purchase again if needed. It's light and easy to transport too which I love.

Makes other scooters look embarrassing
Got this for my 3 yr 11 mth old for xmas 13 (first scooter ever) and was kicking myself that I didnt find this thing a year earlier. Anyway the ease with which she picked up the requisite skill to have a ball on this thing was really something.
Can't comment on longevity of the scooter as its brand new..
Design is genius, go watch some you tube videos and you can see why its $120. Honestly it is proper quality and if you want that extra hallmark (to create envy among fellow parents) for ten bucks more you can get the one that's made in Germany.
I'm too big for it.
The marketing as I wish I had heard about this scooter years ago.

quality
Our scooter arrived very promptly. The quality is top notch and its still early days but i am sure its built to last the kids "enthusiasm".
The ability to get spare parts is also a plus.
Now it looks like i need to get another one for the second member of the family.

Mini Micro Scooter
My daughter had a little go of a friends mini micro scooter and loved it. The look on her face when my wife and I pulled her new one out the box was priceless - a smile from ear to ear. She rides it everyday and has inspired her other friends to get one as well. Buying it from Micro scooters online was easy and delivery was within the same week.
Great design, light, safe and easy to learn to ride.
Price, maybe a little bit expensive, but the scooter has been well made so understandable.

Questions & Answers
Tanja M.asked
Hello,
I would like to buy a scooter for my 4 year old girl. She is 104 cm tall. Which one would you recommend? She wants to be able to move it and carry around by herself. Thank you! Tanja

Hi Tanja,
Thank you for your enquiry.
Currently she is best suited the Mini Micro Deluxe scooter. It is a very lightweight scooter weighing just 1.9 kg so will be easy for her to maneuver and carry, it uses a lean to steer principle which will help develop her balance and co-ordination skills as well as having an adjustable handle bar so you can set it to the most comfortable height for her.
Mini Micro Deluxe - https://www.microscooters.com.au/products/mini-micro-deluxe-scooter-purple
Given that she is 104 cm tall however it may not be too long before she out grows this scooter - it is suited for kids up to 110cm tall.
So you potentially may want to look at the the next model up which is the Maxi Micro. This scooter is designed for aged 5 - 12 (however there are younger kids out there that ride this model) and for kids 110cm tall and above.
It uses the same lean to steer principle and is just a bigger more robust version of the Mini.
It is a slightly heavier scooter at 2.6 kg but may be light enough for her to carry if needed.

I hope that information was helpful but if you have any other questions please don't hesitate to contact us directly via our website here:
Hi, thank you very much for your answer. So, you think micro mini classic is not a good option because it doesn't have an adjustable handle bar? I am thinking to get her maxi ehen she grows out of this small one.
Micro S.Micro Scooters
Hi Tanja,
You're very welcome. It's not that the Mini Classic isn't a good option, you just don't have the benefit of being able to adjust the height of the handle bar.
We actually no longer carry the Mini Classic in Australia as we have superseded it with the Deluxe version but there may still be some retailers out there that still have some.
Ah okay, that sounds like a good idea.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Jasmineasked
Would you recommend a mini micro deluxe or sporty edition for a small 3 yo? does the sport edition have an adjustable handlebar?
1 answer
Micro S.Micro Scooters
Hi Jasmine,
Thanks for your question.
For a small 3 year old out of the two options I would recommend the mini micro deluxe.
The adjustable handle bars give it a longer life cycle so that as he grows the height can be set to the perfect level.
The mini micro deluxe also has a silicon injected deck providing slightly more grip in comparison to the sporty.
The sporty also does not have the adjustable handle bars.
Hope that helps but any other question you may have please let me know at [email protected]

Hello. I am about to buy a scooter for my son. He is 2.5 and tall (97cm). Would you recommend the mini micro or the mini micro delux? He has never used a scooter before. Thank you
3 answers
We have the mini micro, delux wasn't available when I got mine. My son is 2.5 too now. I think the delux folds, but the Std clips apart easily anyway.
My son is short so the standard is fine for him even now at 5.
But I think for a tall child the adjustable stem would be great.
Micro S.Micro Scooters
Hi, thanks for your question.
Both the mini micro and the mini micro deluxe have a maximum handle bar height of 67cm and is recommended for children up to 110cm high.
The deluxe does have the ability to adjust the handle bar height as opposed the to mini micro so is great for growing children.
The deluxe also has a silicon injected deck which provides slighlty more grip and has an anodised metallic finish.
Both scooters use a lean to steer function which is a great way to develop balance and motor skills, and have high quality non marking polyurethane wheels.
They are both extremely light at 1.9kg so are perfect for the novice user to easily maneuver around.
With him being this height he may not need the adjustable handlebars, however the deluxe does give you the added features as mentioned above.
Hope that helps.
