Yes, just gotta work out a way to make the wiring harness work. You have to swap the ecu over too keeping in mind too if the loom is for an auto or Manuel transmission..

I got a 1997 Lancer auto. If you put into D gear, it won’t move but if you put it in to other gears it works all good. I replace the fluid,filter,all solenoids and speed sensors. Nothing happens. Do you have idea what is the problem? Thanks!

Forgot to put radiator cap back on 1997 Mitsubishi Lancer and it overheated and stopped. Lifted bonnet to find steam coming out of radiator. Car drives but stalls when I put my foot on the brake ever since overheating it. What could be the problem?

Not sure what you mean by procedure, if your talking about removing and refitting the radiator its the same "procedure" for both CE and CG lancers to remove and fit new radiator, only different would be the extra job of disconnecting the auto transmission lines on the radiator, (which should only add max 5-10 mins to the job) that only applies if you have an automatic transmission fitted, hope that answer helps.
For cost call a few radiator shops and get quotes or join aussie lancer car club such as Auslancer.com which is a great source of information about early lancers.
