I purchased a few products from MobileZap, they are very functional and reliable, I've been using them for a few years now. Excellent customer support. It is important particularly now, with shipment delays due to Covid 19 situation (they ship items from UK). Highly recommended.

Everything pointed to this being an Australian shop - how wrong I was. ## days to receive my item, poor feedback from them when I queried where the item was. AVOID, AVOID

very disappointed to find out that although you are going to an australian website, they are in fact located in the UK, so postage is horribly slow, communication with them is zero, and you end up having to claim back your money through the bank or paypal, they are very misleading, please be very cautious when purchasing from this company and be aware that they are not based in Australia, and its hit or miss as to you receiving your purchase, or if you do you may have updated your phone by the time it arrives and will no longer require your case.

It has been 37 days since I purchased the item. Still has not arrived. 'Customer Service' are not responding to emails.

Avoid at all costs. Buy local.

Quick to take your money, super slow to respond to customer enquiries.

I have ordered the item in mid April, and now it's more than 40 days, I can understand due to COVID19 postage can delay few days, but it's too much and not responding for the email.
Guys think twice before ordering anything.

Did not realise it was not Australian store, goods still haven't 22 days. Takes 4 days for them to answer emails. Purchased on 6th want me to wait until 3rd, said goods would take 5-7 days to arrive.

Sadly this is not an Australian supplier although it has a com.au website . All stock is out of UK warehouse. I only realised this after I placed order. Forwarded cancel order twice abdcthen tgey emailed saying it was dispatched but after I sent 2 cancel order emails and Returning items charge $13 more than postage they charge to send

Genuine products. However, the webpage is misleading, as the products are from the UK. My phone case took nearly a month to arrive. The Mobilezap Aus webpage is misleading. This is just a front for a UK shop.

Ordered a cover for an iphone 10. They appeared to be in sydney but i think are actually in uk. After 20+ business days, no delivery! Have given up, but will never use again

I ordered a glass screen protector for my S20. After 10 days they informed me that it is out of stock, which is annoying. Then once it was shipped, I waited 26 Business days and the order never arrived. I then spoke to support who refused to send me a tracked parcel at their cost. Its only $12 to ensure you have a happy customer. Please avoid this company, this service is pathetic.

Don't purchase from this company! Quick to take your money but don't send goods & don't respond to enquiries. Been waiting 2 months, have sent 3 online enquiries and not a single response.

It's been almost 2 months and still no sign of delivery. Customer service not responding to any of my emails. To everyone out there just use Amazon or shop locally.

My phone cover and screen protector never arrived and I only received a partial refund. I thought it was an Australian site due to miss leading advertising and Australian email address.

Mobile Zap has an ABN, they are registered for GST, their website is a .com.au and they show their address as Sydney. You are lead to believe that this is an Australian company but it isn't they are foreign UK owned.
I purchased from them under the impression that the item purchased was being supplied from within Australia, especially important under current Covid-19 circumstances. Items are shipped from UK. They are clever in their shipping communication stating the item will be delivered by Australia Post not that the item was sent via Royal Mail. If this was clear upfront then I would have made a more appropriate purchase.

The phone case I ordered from mobilezap.com.au, while fitted well and felt secure, had almost no grip which I didn't like. I asked to exchange for another case which again had minimal grip, after which I requested a refund. Both times Mobile Zap responded quickly and the 2nd time did not hesitate to process a refund. For those saying their emails were ignored I had no issues using [email protected]

Ordered the latest fast wireless charger....padded and convertible....because I had just purchased the brand new Samsung A70....also ordered the adapter.....
An older wireless charger arrived...I was ok with that considering I purchased from a company I assumed was within Australia only to realise it was being delivered from another country....
The problem is that the wireless charger is not compatible with my samsung and after hours of charging nothing had worked...it says it's charging....but it's actually not ....

I have sent emails and never get a response....guess I'm stuck with a useless $134 worth of plastic.....happy birthday to me....

They will take your money and will not ship the product. I placed and order, contacted them after two weeks, as my order was not delivered. They asked me to wait one more week and my order was still not delivered. When I contacted them, they told me that the product is not in stock and I will get my money back. It has been over a week and I am still waiting for my refund.

The Olixar NovaShield Bumper Case (Black) for Google Pixel 3a was accurately described and and very well priced. The product took 11 days to arrive which I thought was a bit long but it fits well and feels good. Happy now.
