Absolute RUBBISH product
Ordered Faraday RF key fob bag, to prevent "relay" atacks against car.
Product arrived from IK. Worked for several weeks, then became transparent to RF.
Complained, they replaced it, again from the UK.
Several weks later it also failed.
After further research, it appears that it is a known problem with this type of RF "carbon fibre" gold coloured key bag.
Have attempted many times to contact the manufacturer (2 year warranty!!), the sleer in the UK and the Australian web site.
There has been ZERO response.
Time to involve the ombudsman to obtain a refund of this useless rubbish.

Not as designed and do not answer emails for weeks.
I emailed them a week ago requesting information on the glass screen projector with no reply yet. It is nearly 3mm short of even reaching the curve horizontally and 2.3 short of the curve vertically. (Sony Xperia 5ii Olixar)
I take it they don't give refunds?
Due to the wrong dimensions of this 'Screen Projector' (ha) I have a constant edge through my viewing angles which makes a pink and green refracted light prism along the right side. It also makes it hard to see the left side of the keyboard and hit shift, number menu, q, and a characters ...

Got a refund but the reviews were never published
Ordered 2 cases, a Clear Gel and a protective case.
Support gave me a full refund for the protective case arriving smashed in the mail (DOA) which was annoying since it was a “tough case” so clearly mail delivery is tougher.. if it broke that easy then dodged a bullet for my iphone.
The clear gel case is great, but hinders the function of your keyboard, face ID and camera.
First the faceid/camera: the cut holes in the front are incorrectly aligned to the phone and breaking face id for me, camera has the “plastic glow” over it. So a poorly cut...

2 weeks and still waiting
I ordered a phone case, screen protector etc 2 weeks ago now and still no sign of it! Now I'm told it can take up to 25 working days to arrive. I've had my new phone for 2 weeks now! They do not make it clear online that orders have to arrive from UK! Non-trackable international parcels! I think this is ridiculous! I would never order with them if I knew it's coming from overseas :(

Entirely wrong size
Bought a Samsung S20Ultra case. Its so large that my phone slips around in it, no hope of it 'clippings in. Very disappointed. Waste of money. Not Australian company. AVOID.

Purchases are shipped from the UK
Mobile Zap has an ABN, they are registered for GST, their website is a .com.au and they show their address as Sydney. You are lead to believe that this is an Australian company but it isn't they are foreign UK owned.
I purchased from them under the impression that the item purchased was being supplied from within Australia, especially important under current Covid-19 circumstances. Items are shipped from UK. They are clever in their shipping communication stating the item will be delivered by Australia Post not that the item was sent via Royal Mail. If this was clear upfront then I would have made a more appropriate purchase.

Questions & Answers
Why do use a .com.au domain, and use language on your website that is trying to convince buyers that you're Australian, when you're not? That is grossly misleading.
How to contact them as they do NOT respond to emails?
Perhaps need to go to the ombudsman now?
Same product replaced, just as faulty as the original, now refuse to enter into any correspondence.
To their credit they always responded to my emails, however my query wasn't about a faulty product. I used [email protected]
Product has just arrived with arm bent towards cupule. Arm is fixed rigid and cannot be adjusted. Limited instructions with unit do not cover a rigid arm. How do I fix this? Are there more instructions? or troubleshooting info?
